I had a very good experience having Ramirez Roofing replace our roof. They did exactly what they said they would do and provided a high quality new roof. They even did some extras, without charge. I had 4 roofing companies come to the house to quote, and only 2 actually did including Ramirez. I would not hesitate in calling them first for any roof related issues.

TLDR: They did a great job and they take care of you.

Super happy with Ramirez Roofing. We bought a rather old house which was in need of a new roof. Old roof was 30 years old and was put on top of wood shake... no decking or anything.

Time comes for our roof to be put on and it's raining, a lot. So delay #1 to Mother Nature. Then, when they finally get up there, things are not as easy as they appeared before they removed the old roof. More extensive repairs were needed. So delay #2 due to expanded scope of the project.

Now, if you aren't familiar with what home repair was like in early 2021 then let me remind/inform you that things were quite busy. Time comes for the last day of our floors to be refinished and the flooring guys do not want the roofers there at all that day. Roof isn't done yet, due to aforementioned issues, and rain is coming down the pike. Not to mention that we've already taken up well longer than Ramirez wanted to be taking on this project. Both companies have work scheduled out that they really don't want to be holding off in order to finish our place. So huge deal with trying to figure out how to get things to work out between the roofers and the floor guys - lots of stress, etc.

In the end, Ramirez figured out how to make it work. They did what they needed to do so that we didn't have to wave our warranty with the floor guys in order to get the floors finished, and they did a fantastic job.

Now, I'm sure that there are other companies that could have made our roof look as good as it does (which is to say - it looks very good). There are lots of good roofers out there, but I felt like Ramirez took care of us in a way that you don't always see. We feel extremely grateful to them for helping us through a difficult and stressful period of time, and giving us a very nice roof in the process.

Thank Ramirez Roofing they did our roof 5 yrs later a tree fell on our house . They fixed everything no complaints thx you great for your skilled craftsmanship.

I'm so glad that I found this wonderful company. We have a roof that has needed several repairs over the years. Ramirez has always taken great care of us, providing prompt and affordable repairs to keep our roof going a few more years. Special shoutout to Carol, the friendly woman who handles scheduling. We just had to call them today because we had an electrical fire that got our roof, but we’ve previously worked with them for other repairs to our roof. They are kind, responsive, their customer service is unmatched, and their work was wonderful. I don’t have anything but wonderful things to say about their company.

Ramirez roofing was extremely professional and responsive to our questions when shopping around for a new roof. They took the time to explain the bid price breakdown and class type of shingles for home owners insurance savings. As a first time home owner this was so important for us. Thank you carol for all of your help throughout the process!

We recently had our roof done after closing on a house. The estimate from Ramirez was very reasonable, and so we went with them to get the roof done. Doug Kelley is one of their crew leaders, and he is excellent. He is very easy to communicate with and he emails and texts back immediately. He was even able to meet with us on a Saturday to pick out a roof color. Scheduling the project was easy, and the crew was able to get started pretty much right away. The roof itself looks great and we are happy with the work done there. Our only complaint is that they left a huge mess in our yard, with paint chips all over the place as well as screws and scraps of metal. We met with the owner of the company after the project was done to give him payment, and he promised that someone would come by and clean up the mess. However, we waited a week and nobody came out to clean up. We ended up cleaning it up ourselves, which took a couple hours.

A roof leak is never something you expect to have. Carol was extremely nice and thoroughly explained the process. Everyone that was out at the house was also extremely nice. Because of the rain in the forecast then our worker came and worked late into the day to get our patches done.
I would definitely use them again!

My fiance and I couldn't recommend these guys enough. We received high quality work that was done at a competitive price. When an unexpected issue arose (old house. nothing anyone could have known about), they were quick to inform us and work with our insurance adjuster to get things up to code and completed in the same day. Lastly, after the work was completed they left our property in a cleaner condition than when they arrived. We were highly impressed.

I live in an old home and needed the roof replaced fast. I had contacted other companies; however, their bids were too high and the customer service was terrible. Then I contacted Ramirez Roofing and Repair. The office manager, Carol, was very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. She kept me updated every step of the way. The company understood my challenges with my insurance company. Mr. Ramirez was able to get me scheduled quickly and it took less than 1.5 days to complete the redecking and put on the new roof. My roof looks beautiful!!!

If anyone is hesitant to give them a call, don't be. I had an amazing experience with Ramirez Roofing!

Mr. Ramirez and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutters. They were on-time, professional, and courteous. Once the job was finished, they cleaned up the job site and ensured there weren't any nails or anything sharp left that could damage our tires. We just had a significant storm last night and this morning, and there are no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend Ramirez Roofing for your roofing or gutter needs.

We have been communicating back and forth with this company for a year trying to get our roof repaired. There is a leak that drips into my daughters bedroom. They have been out to assess the issue with the roof three different times after us calling multiple times, yet have never scheduled a repair time. They answer the phone and promise service just often enough that we didn’t line up another call. The communication between the desk staff and the contractors is abysmal. We were willing to be flexible as we understand people are busy but the last time we called the staff was extremely rude. Stating they had “over 40 calls to return”. This implies they don’t have adequate staff to address the workload and unless you have a big ticket item it will not be made a priority. I get it, but just let us know so we can move on.

Reply: we never received documentation to approve a bid. Something we asked for multiple times. We even called to make sure you had the correct email address. There was one repair done and the bigger more important repair was neglected. Every time we would call we would be told the job was complete and we had to restate what the issue was and that there were two separate repairs. Why would we call a 8th time when first 7 got us no results? I prefer to use small business anytime possible and understand that it presents challenges and allowances were made considering that…for over a year

They were the lowest bid for my roof and gutters. Carol helped walk me through the process as a first timer. Mr Ramirez was very polite and gave me a free upgrade to higher quality impact resistant shingles. One of the employees noticed a crack forming in my chimney and patched it with concrete repair for free and refused to let me tip him. They also showed up and completed all of the work a week ahead of schedule. My only complaint is that the bid took a little longer than others.

I recently had to put a new roof on my house May 2024. And after speaking with several people who were getting new roofs. They advised me to go with Ramirez Roofing Company. They said he was honest and fair. After meeting with Ramirez and talking about the 33 years he's been in business and showing me work he's done, I decided to use his services. He was and excellent choice, he not only did a great job on the roof work but saved me money. He never tried to sell are replace something that was not needed. Great customer service.

We had an excellent experience with this company. The staff was very friendly and insanely quick. Our roof was completely redone in one business day. They blew out our gutters and left everything cleaner than when they started. I will be happy to recommend to anyone needing roofing services in the future and couldn’t be happier with our new roof!

I do not recommend this company. They put a new roof on our house almost two years ago. We have had two leaks since. They came out to assess one leak, but we never heard back from them. I called when we had a second leak and was told someone would come out ASAP. No one ever came out, but I was told what the problem with the first leak was. Nothing has been fixed. That was my last straw before we move on to a new company. Do not recommend.

They had somebody come out to take a look at some repairs and give an estimate. Never got the estimate. Made several phone calls over more than a month, after every call they said they’d send a quote but never did. Friendly on the phone, but unable to follow through. Appears they don’t want to do business, even though after every call they swear they do. Simply unprofessional and unreliable. I’d avoid these guys.

We are very pleased to have chosen Ramirez roofing. We had several bids, and we choose Ramirez for their pricing, and excellent response. We felt they were the most customer centered company we worked with, and we are certain we made the correct choice.
Work quality, attention to detail, and materials used were all top quality.
They worked long hours and weekends to get the job finished. Cleanup was excellent.
Mr. Ramirez checked in several times, and always asked if we were happy, and if he could do anything else. He is sincere and a real gentleman. He also did roofing repair on my neighbors roof as we are in an adjoined town house. My neighbors roof was very happy with the job they did also.

I had an absolutely terrifying experience with a Ramirez Roofing vehicle while driving down Longview Road. Their driver was swerving in and out of their lane for a long stretch of the road, and several times it looked like they were intentionally trying to hit my car. When I finally honked to alert them, they responded by accelerating to at least 15 mph over the speed limit.

At the next red light, they refused to move when it turned green. Then, right before it turned red again, they suddenly took off—only to continue driving just as recklessly. When I rolled down my window and told them to stay in their lane, they sped up to around 60 mph, which is over 20 mph above the posted limit.

This kind of dangerous, irresponsible driving is completely unacceptable for anyone—let alone someone operating a company vehicle fully branded with the Ramirez Roofing name. If this is how their employees behave on the road, I can only imagine what kind of care (or lack of care) goes into their work. I would never trust a company that allows this level of recklessness to represent them.

Absolutely unacceptable.

Edit to my original review:
I want to clarify a few important details. The drivers this company spoke to are not being honest — they were driving recklessly and nearly ran me off the road. The person who answered the phone refused to actually speak with me about what happened. No one yelled at her. I simply asked if she understood what I was saying, which for some reason she took as me asking if she spoke English. Instead of answering or discussing the situation, she refused to engage, so I told her I would escalate it to the police if she continued to shut down the conversation. She was the one refusing to act like an adult.

When she asked if I got the license plate and I explained that it was dark and I only saw the company name on the van, she hung up on me. I have not received a call back — only an aggressive public response to my Google review. My “creative version” is actually the truth, and it’s disappointing that they would rather dismiss concerns than address reckless driving by their employees.

Based on other reviews, poor communication and a complete lack of accountability seem to be an ongoing problem with this company.

Mr. Ramirez was truly a godsend in our lives. We had been attempting to get my 82yr old mom’s roof replaced for quite some time but only had $10,000.00. He had originally given her an estimate/quote of $15,000.00 some months ago when we first contacted him. So we kept looking for help and were contacting programs that assists the elderly with home repairs. We were getting turned down everywhere we tried. A couple weeks ago he came back to my mom’s house and told her he was going to replace her roof for the $10,000.00 which brought my mother to tears. She was so excited when she called to tell me the news! Not only did he replace the roof, he also had her yard cleaned up. He went above and beyond in replacing her roof that was severely damaged. My mom said to me, “I had been praying and praying on getting my roof fixed. Then God sent Mr. Ramirez!” We will forever be grateful to him for his compassion, kindness and generosity! Him and his crew are the BEST!!

Awesome guy
