I came to Victory Cleaning with request for a quote for possible etching on our granite vanity top. Not only did I receive a response well within 24 hours, but Dan responded with a suggestion for DIY fix when he could've easily sold me on a more expensive restoration. Additionally, due to his exceptionally knowledgeable response I asked about a hazy spot on our quartz, and after thoroughly walking me through options, he said I'm basically best off living with it, rather than an expensive shot at buffing it out (which he could've again sold me on an expensive treatment.) THE BIGGEST asset to me as a homeowner and consumer is a company I can trust with an honest diagnosis, rather than trying to sell me unnecessary service. This is the second time in 5 years I have used Victory Cleaning Systems to clean and colorize the grout on my travertine marble floors as well as clean a concrete patio. They took great care with moving furniture to clean floors and moving them back. My floors and patio look great. I highly recommend them.

We called Dan at Victory to save our stone kitchen counter tops from a botched cleaning job from another company that left our counter tops ruined with sanding marks and big areas of discoloration. Dan and his crew saved our tops and they look as good as they did when they were brand new. Dan was very professional, cared about cleaning up during and after their visits, was very knowledgable and had the best tools to get the job done correctly the first time. This is the second time I used Victory to clean our tile floors. We have dogs and foster dogs so we have a lot of traffic in our family room. Victory did another amazing job. The floors look new! I had the privilege of having Victory Cleaning Systems provide me with a very thorough carpet cleaning in my apartment. I was very impressed by the promptness of the associates and how nice my place looked after the work was complete! I had only lived at my place for about 8 months when the work was done but I was shocked to see the difference after the cleaning. The company took precautions to not mark up my walls with their equipment and moved carefully around belongs while they were cleaning. The work was done mid-October and the protector they used as well as the care instructions they provided me has it still looking great!

This is the second time we have had Victory clean our limestone tile floors(very difficult to clean) in 7 years. They do an amazing job! The change is very dramatic and their work is very meticulous.

I own a commercial flooring business that operates throughout the Midwest. We showed up to a business in the KC area to tile the showroom and bathrooms. When we arrived we walked in to a disaster. The trenches that had been cut out to move electrical equipment had been poorly filled with concrete. The trenches spanned over 100’, were over 2’ wide, and were poured over 1/2” high in the middle. We were not expecting this when we arrived and were therefore not equipped to take on this kind of prep work. Fortunately, after a couple calls someone recommended Victory and gave me their number. They were able to send out a crew and grind the floor down so that we could keep moving forward. Victory saved us in ways I can’t even put in words. Thanks!
