We had an insurance claim on our roof and gutters and he was very knowledgeable on the timeline and the requirements. He helped us through each part of the insurance claim process and had his crew out here ASAP. They finished our roof in less than a days work. Same for the gutters, they were done by lunch! Overall did a great job from tear down to replacement. Mathias kept the lines of communication open and Patrick was on site taking care of my questions and concerns. Had one concern with some decking and all it took was a text to Mathias. The cree was back out the next day and replaced the decking with new. They did a great job.

The great service didn’t stop there. I was traveling during this time frame, they went above and beyond to meet with my adjuster multiple times on my behalf. From there they went even more above and beyond helping get code enforcement documents for me to provide to my insurance. Day of they showed up on time and stayed until dark, came back and completed everything that wasn’t finished in a timely manner. 100% recommend Cloud9 for your roofing and gutter needs. I called Cloud9 Roofing for an attic inspection, due to condensation. They actually came the same day that I called. They completed the inspection and developed a plan to correct the issue. They returned to complete the repair. They were on time and finished in a timely fashion. They were very professional and informative in their work. I dealt with Cameron as the representative. We were very pleased with Cloud 9 Roofing....from start to finish! Communication, on-time arrival, and attention to detail was great. They took care of all the little details with the insurance company, even met with the adjuster on their schedule. We were given locations near us to see what an entire roof looked like, which was very helpful. They even brought large sample boards with colors we had not been able to see in person. Patience with us selecting the shingle deserves a 15 on a 10 point scale! All of the workers were very polite and personable. They were very careful to not damage any screens, siding, or landscaping. Clean up was meticulous, which was very important to us as well. No complaints from us on anything! We highly recommend Cloud 9 Roofing!

Continuing to have auto call system contact me repeatedly and leaving two messages a day then not answering business phone. When I finally got someone after numerous attempts, female employee did not apologize but hung up.
