I would recommend them to everyone. We had our entire roof and shed roof replaced by Cloud9 Roofing. They were excellent to work with. Very Knowledgable and reasonable in price. Tanner our sales rep was great. The owners were also quite nice and easy to work with on the project (Thanks Mathias and Emily). The guys that did the physical part of the job were excellent, they stayed for over 12 hours until the job was complete. I wanted to Thank them also as they were meticulus and paid attention to details. Thanks to all.

We highly recommend Cloud 9 Roofing! We had trouble with the insurance company approving the roof replacement and Cloud 9 put in the work to get it approved for us. The roof replacement process was seamless from start to finish and we could not be happier with the result. You don’t find service like this very often these days, they are top tier!

Cloud 9 was great to work with. I thought they were professional and organized. They were able to finally figure out our roof/chimney leaking issue and fixed it! They also spent extra time making sure the siding color matched well. We worked with Tanner and Shaun throughout the project and Hayden did the initial paperwork meeting. All super friendly guys and easy to communicate with. The crews that did the repairs were also great. Good experience overall! Thanks!

Mathias with Cloud 9 was the most professional and knowledgeable of 3 roofing contractors that I met with. He was the only one to take care of all issues I had prior to signing a contract. The other guys were all about signing a contract and not doing what was necessary to take care of customer concerns. That would have left me liable for what they excluded from their proposal. Cloud9 was the only company who could provide a realistic quote without relying on an insurance company to provide it and address all the issues their competitors would not. They also showed up when they said they would and completed it in a timely manner. I highly recommend Cloud 9 Roofing.

A BIG THANKS to Caleb and his team for reconstructing our deck to meet the building code that our original contractor couldn't do. We were worried we would have to tear down our complicated two-tier deck, but Creative Concepts saved the day and rebuilt it. They were creative and very professional. We highly recommend them.

Caleb was very responsive throughout the project. We had multiple bids and Caleb was the most up front about potential issues we could face and helped us navigate that. Even when we had questions long after the project was done, Caleb was quick to respond. Everyone that sees our deck comments on how nice it looks, even the city inspector was impressed with it.

I strongly recommend Creative Concepts and Design for your outdoor project. Ours was a unique challenge...a bridge over a natural backyard creek nestled between large trees. From the very start CCD was all hands on deck. In every aspect of the job, they handled the details, large and small: design, working the architectural review board, scheduling, materials, getting permits, expert carpentry...everything. And the finished project is the talk of the town! Neighbors are streaming by to gaze upon an architectural and artistic wonder. It's beautiful and we're so glad that CCD was on the job. Great design, craftsmanship and service. The Creative Concepts team developed a design that cleaned up the look of our existing deck and provided a much safer set of stairs down from our main floor deck.

Just had our concrete patio extended and a stone seat wall added in. Brent did such an amazing job from start to finish!! He completed it so quickly, within 2 days. Working with this company was such a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend them! So professional, very fair priced, great communication, easy to talk to, and the end result is just beautiful. We are so so pleased! Pat was so helpful as well, in getting all our questions answered in such a timely manner. I was never left hanging, he always got back to me within the hour. I recommend 100%! Meh. Took over half a year to build the deck after scheduling, they constantly kicked the can down the road despite telling us it would only be a couple months. Receptionist is geriatric and a very ineffective communicator. No offense, it is what it is. Finally the deck was made, there was a massive gap and they didnt stain the bannisters so I had to apply quarter round and stain when they were finished. Maybe try graber though I can't say for sure. Wouldn't work with CC again

My husband found Creative Concepts online. They were the first to respond and had a local store which was a plus for me. I like to see things in person. They did an amazing job with our deck. They were friendly and fast.

These folks are the best. Caleb listens and has great suggestions to get you what you want. He explains things perfectly as many times as it takes for you to understand. Pat keeps you informed at every step and quickly gets back to you to answer any questions. The workers do a great job and clean everything up so you would never know they were there. Theses are just great people that do a great job.

I'm so glad I reached out to Caleb. We had been planning to replace our home's original, worn out deck and called to get an estimate. He was honest about our situation and recommended a concrete patio being the better spend, even though it meant a smaller sale for him. That is honesty why we chose Creative Concepts.

Brent ended up doing our concrete work and was so easy to work with. He designed something attractive and functional, and the work was quick once we got it started.

Our family couldn't be happier having a huge, safe patio for the kids to play on instead of a rickety deck. We'll definitely continue to work with this company if we ever need more done.
