Cloud 9 Roofing is hands down the best in the business. My insurance company tried to avoid covering the necessary repairs for wind/hail damage to my house. The experts at Cloud 9 Roofing recognized the damage and knew what needed to be done. They worked directly with my insurance company to not only get covered for a full roof replacement, but they also got new gutters and siding covered as well. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. They had my entire roof replaced with the shingles of my choice all in one afternoon. Very impressed and roof looks great. If you're not roofing with Cloud 9 then you're doing it wrong.

Of the five roofing companies that we contacted for estimates to replace our 20-year old (and apparently uninsurable due to its age, according to our insurer) roof, only Cloud9 Roofing presented us with options for quality & cost. Cloud9's owner is very responsive and has kept tabs (no pun intended) personally throughout the job as well as after the sale. Cloud9's crew was able to tear off & replace our roof in just one day, even with the unplanned complication of needing to install 4'x8' sheets before shingling, and they very carefully & thoroughly cleaned up during the job and upon completion. While only time & weather will reveal the practical quality of the materials and of their workmanship, we feel very confident that choosing Cloud9 was/is the right move.

The passing of my parents and older brother left me the family home. The Ins. Co. That insured the home for 20 years suddenly wanted an inspection from their underwriting depth.
They announced a new roof would be needed to continue their coverage . While I went through Angi's List , they said they would work with me as I looked for a roofer. 1 week later I received a letter saying I was being canceled. So now I needed a roofer and a new Ins. Co. Cloud 9 was one of the 6 companies that I talked to and got bids from. Hayden was the rep. I talked with from Cloud9.
He inspected the roof , was very friendly but honest. I would indeed need a new roof .
He explained every detail that I asked about , as I know nothing about roofing. They came when they said they would, they finished the job when they said they would, they left when they said they would, hitting their bid to the penny.
So , the moral of the story is get to know the rep a roofing Co. Is sending to your home.
If he isn't honest with you his company might not be either.
Could not be happier with Cloud9 or Hayden , their rep.

I initially contacted Cloud9 for other services a while back and had decided to go a different route; however, when giving the courtesy of our decision, Mathias was polite, understanding, and even offered his help if we found ourselves still needing it, while another company reacted petulantly. A big reason why, when we finally needed new gutters and downspouts, we wanted to give Cloud9 our business. Glad we did! In addition to this company's professionalism, communication and punctuality were never missed.
