I highly recommend Ted. We have used him for a variety of projects in our 1920's era residence and he has not disappointed. Exterior wood rot repair, flashing repair, exterior painting, interior trim, painting, caulk, etc. all not only done well but with respect for the period design. If you didn't know better you would think the repair work was original and it feels like it will be in place for the next 90 years too. If you have any questions about work you are considering I would recommend seeking Ted's opinion and he will give you an honest assessment and fair price.

Excellent general contractors is how I came to know Ted and Mark, after they installed additional parts to our ring security system. We were in the deciding process throughout of how best to install everything, and when it was done it was neat, professional, and complete. We hope to employ Mark, a carpenter, soon to rebuild our carport pergola that was destroyed by a giant oak branch. Highly recommend Ted and Mark!

I had a great dane - she was older and had gotten sick overnight. I was so overwhelmed because she had made such a mess (imagine a 12 year old great dane dog who weighs 150 pounds!) Fetz came out and cleaned it - not a trace of mess or smell was left behind. They were so kind and considerate to me and my old dog. Thank you guys!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The service was amazing from start to finish! The office staff were very polite and helpful with setting up my appointment...They even sent me a courtesy email the day before service so I wouldn't forget. The technicians showed up on time and were very knowable about their profession. I had so many questions...Poor guys, I probably drove them crazy! If I did, they never showed it. They were super friendly, helpful and efficient with quality work. The techs even managed to get stains out that I thought were permanent. I have used Fetz on several occasions over the last 4 years for my personal home, office & my rental properties. I could go on and on what this company did for us when our company's office basement flooded!!! We initially thought we only needed carpet cleaning and didn’t understand the process. All of their staff was great explaining the process to us and educating us on our options to insure we didn't have mold growth or more damage. During their cleanup of the water damage they discovered a corner of the basement with mold & were able to remove it. The equipment they used dried everything out so fast! Then after all the drywall was repaired from the mold removal they came in and cleaned the carpet after everything was done. They were also able to stretch the carpet in one office that had been wrinkled for years and took care of the fraying carpet in the doorway! They even gave us a reference to a contractor that could help fix our leak. It was so great knowing that we were using a company that could handle all the little things that were coming up from the flood and that we didn't have to spend tons of time figuring everything out! I highly recommend Fetz and will use again!!!

My concrete garage floor was cracked, pitted and scared, after years of abuse by previous home owners. Dan and the Victory team came in and resurfaced the floor (filling cracks, pits, etc.) with an amazing epoxy finish that left the floor with a great new look and an elegant, smooth finish. Victory cleaning came and cleaned and sealed our slate floor that had not been redone in about 60 years they did a remarkable job of getting as close to original as possible, looks great! We are about 225 miles from Kansas City and they were on time and a pleasure to work with.

Dan and his team from Victory did an excellent job refinishing and polishing our hardwood and tile floors. They were a pleasure to work with on our project.

I forgot to add the stars to my previous review but Victory provided 5 star results for a very challenging tile and grout cleaning restoration project. Plus, their upholstery cleaning brought 20 year old upholstered dining chairs back to life!

I have used Victory Cleaning Systems for several years to care for my tile, grout and carpet. They do excellent work and are a pleasure to have in my home. I highly recommend this company!

I have a large walk in shower that needed a little TLC. Our builder used cheap grout that was prone to mold and mildew. The folks at Victory cleaned, used an epoxy grout and sealed the walls and floor. They also spotted a few problem area’s and took care of it without an up-charge. The two fellows who came were engaging, friendly and very knowledgeable. I will use them in the future for other services. Kudos!

After having them out three times, here is my overall impression. They lack good communication. I spoke with Dan on my wants and needs. Informed him that I had (per the builder) TEC Silverado in my shower. The 2 young men that showed up ended up using an almond color and only did it in the corners even though Dan and I had a conversation that I wanted the WHOLE shower color sealed. So after it dried, I noticed that my grout didn't match. Prior to the work being done I was told they had the exact match in stock. Then I was told that the two guys who did my shower didn't have a ladder so they stopped sealing about halfway up the wall. Ok fine.

Then I noticed they cracked a tile trying to remove calk from the shower door. Dan tried to charge me a 75 dollar service fee to apply silicone caulk over the crack. ConCarpet who did the design said that's not going to work in the long term. We ended up scrambling to find tile that had been discontinued. Dan came back and fixed the issue but didn't bring the correct grout so back to ConCarpet I go and spend more money to buy TEC Silverado because he forgot to load it.

Then I explain to him that my shower looks funny because it has an almond color instead of the Silverado.

Long story short I paid more that I should have, they came here 3 times and in all my shower looks worse than when we started. It's goopy where they used the color sealer, he applied way too much so it's covered my tiles in corners and I need to hire someone to re-do the work. Oh and the final nail, just got a call demanding payment for the final visit. I paid via check which was already deposited. Great job guys.

Notice the owners response. He doesn't offer to fix the issue, apply a refund or do anything to take care of the sloppy and unprofessional experience other than "hope we do better next time". He's been paid. He could care less. What a joke.

They did repair and redo of tile grouting work in an old shower.

Excellent professional service from time of estimate to finished job. In this day and age I can't tell you how great it was finding and dealing with consummate professionals who say what they do and do what they say. Recommend without reservation.

Owner is very knowledgeable with excellent communication. Staff was very polite & professional. My project ran on time, at price that was quoted, end result met expectations that were discussed. After I inadvertently used the wrong cleaner on my bathroom tile and caused what I thought was irreparable damage, I reached out to victory and they gave excellent advice on how repair it saving me $1000s of replacement cost. I cannot thank them enough for their help. I definitely recommend them for any tile issues that you may have.

These guys do an amazing job. Very professional and punctual.

I had them come and update 2 bathrooms in one of our rentals. This was a 40 year old house with 4x4 tiles in the bathrooms that have become discolored, and un-cleanable over years of use.

We had them clean, re-color and seal all of the grout lines back to bright white. Dan had also suggested that we recaulk all of the perimeters and the shower stalls in the bathrooms with white silicone.

The results were fantastic, and the bathrooms look brand new. Better than I have ever seen them since we bought the unit. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for restoration work. Thanks Victory!
