Just okay.
Would try to find another company next time.
Charged me more squares then laid.
Gutter apron was to tight. It makes it a pain when guttering. Missed a few nails on ridge with Chalk.
Wasted shingles, usually the cut pieces and can use them to start out again. I had quite a few big pieces on the ground.
Had to remind them to put roof vents in even though I had them there.

It’s done but I’d rather use someone else for future.

I asked Nic to give my bathroom a whole makeover and he left me and my family amazed at not just the magnificent job that was presented to us at the end, but the huge attention given to all our questions and concerns! 💯 Nic and his crew made sure everything about the project was completed with the utmost care and I can definitely depend on calling NSG Contracting again if I need to! 👍👍👍👍

Had storm damage along with tree damage through a roof, and NSG was the first call. They helped remove a giant tree off the roof and temporarily protect the roof from further damage. If you are in need of roof and emergency roof services, NSG will be reliable and responsive. Thanks, Nic.

If I could give this guy a 0 stars I would. Nic made a post on Facebook seeking help with a clean. I’ve been in business for 10 years and have never met someone so unprofessional. We set a time on Monday to start work. He informs me it’s a construction move in clean. Meaning the home had already had its construction clean done. I stated perfect please send over the address so I can check the square foot and get you a quote.
He did so. We set it for Monday.
Monday comes around he tells me last minute the job isn’t done and to be there Tuesday instead.. I said okay.. reminding you this is the busy season of the year we are fully booked with remodels. & now I have to move stuff around to accommodate him. Then he says Wednesday. We show up Wednesday to tools still in the living room and the house still not completed and it was a full on construction clean. He looked at me and said this probably not what you thought it was. I laughed and said well no this is completely different. Gave him the new quote.. then he stated he wanted it done that night. 🤯😅. Told him that’s not possible. & this would take a few days to get ready for a move in clean. 6 hours into the clean he stated he needs pics of it completed or he was looking for a new cleaner.. anyone who cleans construction cleans is aware it takes a good day to clean. Then it must settle so you can wipe it down again. My team worked 3 days straight. To get the house ready for move in.

When I call to get payment he informs me he isn’t paying me till later. Well the whole day goes by and no payment has been made.

Then the following day he states that the payment will be made on Tuesday after I have to threaten to take a lien on the home we cleaned to receive labor pay. I had to threaten this man to even respond back to me.

On top of it all the contractors that came in while we’re trying to clean to finish up the house that wasn’t done yet told us nic has absolutely no idea what he’s doing and they left without even finishing. I do not recommend this man for your flips

Please contact faithful home buyers Kc if you want a fast, easy well put together home. We’ve been in business for 10 years. This man clearly has only been doing it for 1 or 2.

Nic does such an amazing job! We had a leaky window in our master bedroom and he was able to come check it out for us right away. He went above and beyond in seeking out the source of the leak and even found and immediately treated some mold issues from the leak. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Definitely going to be using NSG in the future.

Nic and his crew were great to work with! They finished our basement for us and made the process extremely smooth! From the drywall, to electrical, plumbing, painting and even hanging lights and installing a vanity. It’s was a one stop shop! They showed up when they said they would be there and got the job done pretty fast. I would definitely recommend NSG Contracting to anyone!

We had a large tree fall on our home over Memorial Day weekend. Despite the holiday weekend, Nic and his team responded right away and worked all weekend to ensure our roof was stabilized and no further damage would occur. Nic also gave us great tips for working with our insurance company, and did everything for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this team!

I hired Nic to do my roof, then I ended up using him for some general contracting and was very satisfied with all of the work he delivered. He's extremely responsive, and does great work for a very fair price. Thanks Nic!

Don't waste your time unless you're ready to spend a fortune and price yourself out of the neighborhood. The sales team won't even gather all project requirements, visit the house, or provide ANY details about the work they would do before asking for a "minimum" project commitment of nearly 20% of your home's value.

I'm very disappointed with this company. Rick came out for a consult at my home, we discussed the project and scheduled a meeting for 2 weeks later to see his proposal. About an hour before the meeting he emailed to say that he couldn't make it so we rescheduled for the following week. A few hours before that meeting, he cancelled again and said he doesn't think our project is a good fit for the company. If the project wasn't a good fit, we should've been told that during the first meeting. At no point during that 1.5 hour conversation did he ever mention that it was something they wouldn't be able to do. In fact, he said quite the opposite. I've now wasted several weeks and rearranged my schedule twice for nothing.

Yeah, lil Rick E( in his flip flops and laptop) are a JOKE!!!! NIce yuppie office on OAK…but can’t PAY his SUBS ON TIME OR AMOUNT! We did a couple electrical jobs with his Clown. His Super and incompetent APPRENTICE type carpenters..sloppy rough and no clue of any IBC OR NEC CODES( inspector has to teach them) Not only was HE always late, ( or a NO SHOW…I went to AZ…with no communication) their QUALITY of work, never passed
A timely Inspection, until the CITY inspector told them HOW TO PASS CITY SPECS. Let alone, the last Circus we were involved in ( ol flip flop wrinkle shirt Rick e) seems to get amnesia ( about $$$$$ MONEY) especially when it came TO PAYING ON TIME, or the Agreed amount. Rick has hired Signature Flooring on three projects. He has short paid us on all three. He no longer communicates with us. We were trusting subcontractors and did not file liens in time. I would not be surprised if his projects wind up with liens on them. We do not bid his work any longer.

Michael's Heating & Cooling has been working with Rick and his crew for the past 5 years. We have done several jobs from residential to commercial with RedesignKC and have never had any issues with communication or payment being on time.

Rick and his team did such an amazing job with a huge remodel of our 100 year old home. We loved working with him- he has an incredible eye for design, which was really important to us.
