I have collaborated with this team on two separate projects: brick patio with steps plus retaining wall and separate retaining wall. This is a top notch operation from start to finish. All members of the team are the utmost professionals; their strengths are customer service, high quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, great listeners and problem solvers. They want to do your project right the first time. Plus they are just downright nice folks. Highly recommend.

While our patio looks nice, the communication during this project has been awful. It has taken 4X as long as they said it would, all our grass died (they broke our sprinkler system and we couldn't water anyway during the project), and we are looking at thousands of dollars in additional costs. So, so disappointed with this company.

I had Kansas City hard scapes come out to give me a bid for my outdoor kitchen area. Not only were they very courteous they really took time to understand what I was looking for not only for the summer but also for the winter. They asked me specific questions about when I did have a people over what was I looking for in the areas of entertainment. When it came to cost they were very knowledgeable and telling me what they thought would be best since my entertainment area faced the sun in the evening. They were the fourth company that I had come out and give me a consult. After doing business with them I will go nowhere else.

What a refreshing company to work with. My wife and I just got done building a house and I never knew what a nightmare it was to work with contractors and their sub-contractors - an endless circle of pointing fingers and no one accepting responsibility. When we decided to upgrade our outdoor space we were met with an accountable company that did what they said and finished on time. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking to upgrade your outdoor living!
