Ground two stumps near our driveway. Did an excellent job getting nice and deep allowing us to replant nearly in the same locations. Service and price are five stars.

Excellent service at very competitive price! I talked to Michelle (I think she's the owner) on Wednesday and my giant oak tree came down Friday afternoon. Her crew clean up the area very well.

Great job on time and very good clean up after trimming was done. They gave us the best bid out of three.

The absolute worst customer service. Came out and bid the job July 1. Promised to return and complete the job within a month. It is now mid September and the work was never done despite calls to the company every 2-3 weeks. A friend used this company, his bid was $1500 and they completed it within a week. Mine was $500. Apparently jobs of this size they are not interested in.

Great customer service and quality tree service. Responsive in returning our calls and great communications. Did a great job trimming our trees and cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended.

Professional Service from entire crew. On time as scheduled. SAFETY for the home and surrounding obstacles. CLEAN UP was perfect. I WILL use Farage Tree Service again for future tree trimmings. Pricing was inline.

Lost limbs in my Maple. They trimmed up 2 Maples & a white Birch in my backyard. They look fabulous! Also, this company does work at a reasonable price!

They did an awesome job for us removing a tree a few years ago. This would be a 5 star however we contracted with them for some more tree work and 6 weeks later nothing has been done. I think they got a new office manager and frankly she is not making them look good.

I know this was very busy time for the tree companies in the area, but a very simple call back would have been a nice gesture. I know my request was not an emergency but it was to me since I have never experienced a fallen tree. Something as simple as a call back would have been nice. I wouldn't recommend a company that can't call back on any call made to their company.

Extremely happy with the service done and the price quoted. There was delay getting the service completed but only because of the constant storms and they were prompt about getting out to trim my tree as they promised.

I will FOR SURE go right back with Farage Tree right away if I ever need additional tree service. So satisfied !

Very unprofessional. They set me up for a date 1 1/2 months out because they are busy. i understood and took the date. Finally the day comes, and they don't show. i called and they claim it was never scheduled. I, as well as my neighbor lost a day's pay, as they were supposed to cut the power to each of our homes to do the job. It's obvious that they have no care about the customer. i wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Professional, prompt & courteous!!!!! We had a Bradford Pear that was downed from the recent severe weather and they came and did a WONDERFUL JOB!!!! The price was reasonable and the guys were very nice to work with! I will definitely be using them again for additional trees in my yard! Thank you Kirby & Chris!! You guys are amazing!!!!

We needed a tree trimmed after a big storm as a large limb was cracked and hanging over our house from our next door neighbor's tree. The Farage crew did a great job of trimming all of the limbs that were hanging over our house. Plus they were fast with the clean up and removal of all. We appreciate how quick they were able to get us scheduled.

Even though there had been storms causing them a lot of work, when they got to my residence, they removed the tree, ground the stump and shredded the tree, and raked up the excess. Perfect. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! I found them on the back of a grocery receipt after no one else would even return my phone calls. Thank you!

Great company! We had 2 trees removed. They were fast, kept social distancing from us the customer, and all for a great price! I learned this is a family owned business! So glad we choose them! If u are looking for professional fast service this is the company u want! Lets keep small business owners in business!

These guys were so awesome. I was struggling really bad trying to find a reputable tree service to trim my Ash tree. Most told me to cut the whole thing down and quoted way more than it would cost to trim it myself. These guys were quick, courteous and did everything I asked for a great price. Also gave me tips on how to possibly save my tree from the disease it's been stricken with. Would absolutley hire again!

Zero Stars! Parked their trucks blocking my entire driveway and wouldn’t move, my senior citizen mother tried stopping by my house to let my dog out and was not able to. They wouldn’t move until threatened with calling the police. I asked nicely several times through my security system (I wasn’t home at the time) and my mother needed access to my driveway/house. They then took their heavy machinery through my yard leaving visible ruts in my lawn.

When I called, the owner was condescending on the phone, tried to sound intimidating, & came out to argue when I stated that I just wanted them to know the lack in professionalism of the workers and talk to them about it. Then, he cursed and yelled very rude things towards me when he come out instead of just apologizing. I never raised my voice the entire time.

Again, after blocking my entire driveway for an extended period of time, having rude workers, & putting ruts in my yard from heavy machinery, I simply called to ask them to speak with their work crew about being polite and professional. I never asked the owner to come out and be a jerk, screaming sexist profanities loud enough that another neighbor called later to see if he assaulted me or anything. This should have simply been an apology over the phone, but that’s not how they operate.

We had storm damage from last Friday's storm and when I began to search for a company to remove large trees thT fell in front yard I was stunned by how many are around. So I'll condense this to the following: I called Farage Tree Service and left message on Sunday, my call was returned by a concerned and very reassuring Jen Monday morning, a knowledgeable man arrived and gave an estimate on Wednesday and a crew of 6 with chain saws, stump grunders, wood chipper, large truck to haul it to recycle center, all top of the line equipment, (as well as the organized and professional crew) arrived on Thursday and was finished in under 2 hous! They left our yard clean and the fee was most reasonable. Their number is in my contact list now, because when I next tree service, I will call Farage.
Obviously, we were most pleased with everyone we encountered with them.

Excellent service!!! Fast, efficient, professional and well equipped. No question, they knew what they were doing. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
