I called Trugreen on Saturday and they came Tuesday to treat our yard. Anthony (AC) knocked on the door and introduced himself and answered all my questions. After he was done he left a detailed report (physical and email) of what he did and how to maintain. So happy with the service provided

Our lawn looks fabulous this year. They do a real nice job of figuring out exactly what it needs.

Although things got off to a rough start (partly due to unavoidable weather delays), Caleb, the Service Manager, and Dwayne, a local Manager, stepped up and addressed every concern. Dwayne personally visited the property, reviewed the issues, and resolved them on the spot. Since then, he’s followed up weekly—proactively—without me needing to reach out. The yard is already showing noticeable improvement, and I’m genuinely thankful for their commitment and follow-through!

Your service tech is one of the better individuals that I have had at this location. I hope he continues to service my lawn. He has been here several times and has done a great job. I can't say that about all techs I have had in the past. Don't get me wrong, I have had some others that have done a good job.

Our Truegreen specialist Duane was excellent! He was thorough and efficient.

We had our yard aerated and seeded 2 weeks ago, noticed a few areas that did not have any grass growing or anything seeds in a few areas. They came out today and reseeded the areas. They were very understanding and polite. We’re happy with all the other grass that is growing and will continue to use TruGreens service.

I bought the 6 or so package for the summer. TrueGreen was supposed to come out and put seed down and make my lawn look great. I’ve had 3 treatments and my dirt patch lawn looks exactly the same. Not even a new blade of grass. Called to cancel and get a refund on services provided and the rep informed me that they have a satisfaction guarantee NOT a money back guarantee. I called last month to cancel and was talked into 1 more treatment. Should have cancelled then. Won’t use again.

The service was great. They employee was able to answer every question that was asked by my wife and gave here answers that she felt confident in.

Derek is an awesome tech! He takes time to listens and suggests great alternatives.

We have been using Trugreen for three years and I can say over this time our lawn has filled in quite nicely and it is more uniform and green. The trees and foliage have gotten more full and more robust. The mosquito prevention was also very good but we had to stop this because we were concerned about our growing vegetables being inadvertently sprayed. After growing season we will definitely get the mosquito control added again!

Being able to call and arrange a schedule change and certain application specifications was a real benefit. Even better, the changes were implemented as discussed. The information got to the right people. Thank you.

Yard is more shades of green than I've ever even knew existed. Weeds still all over the lawn instead of fixing the problem they canceled our Acct. Do notvuse this company. LOCAL ONLY!!!

There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for the useless piece of junk nature of what your phone app has been for over 1 1/2 yrs!!!!! I’ve mentioned it repeatedly to support folk (knowing it’s not their lane), but somebody needs to get the message, step on the gas HARD, and get this worthless phone app back in a working, useful, and quickly responsive status. I used it extensively when it still worked. Now it just wastes my time at every single incidence of trying to use it!!!

The tech is always very informative and welcoming. I’m always given good tips on what I can do outside of their treatments to help improve my lawn health and growth.

We haven't had rain in almost 2 months. I was assured the treatments will work if watered in. But, water costs us and rain barely makes it here. The moles came back this Spring and our lawn is not safe to walk on with so many holes. Not sure if it is worth paying for the service/treatments.
