I've had three applications done so far, and I am pleased with the service. My lawn looks better now than it did with the previous lawn care company. I do think some of it depends on who comes out to your location, but the care we've gotten has been great. TruGreen’s customer service has been excellent through the app, and the local office follows up with me if I have issues. I’ll shift this rating to 5 stars at the end of the season if everything continues to progress the way it is now.

Our TruGreen technicians aerated and overseeded our lawn. It was my 1st experience with TruGreen. While Timothy rode the aerator and stayed focused on that job, Mike walked around our yard with me explaining what Timothy was doing, what results to expect, and answered my many questions patiently and in detail. He was enthusiastic and encouraging. I’m looking forward to seeing our transformed lawn!!

The treatment True Green has provided on our yard has made a significant impact on our yard! Our yard went from dry field of grass to a full green and healthy yard! Well worth it for the cost!

Tru Green are true Professionals. They explained what they found in my yard and what needed to be done moving forward. The Specialist communicated with me when they arrived and before they left. I would highly recommend there service to family and friends.

Great service, timely and tell me exactly what they have done. I moved in here on October 22, 2022. The yard was a mess of weeds, mud, rocks, mushrooms. The whole 9 yards. Now look how wonderful it looks.

Started out great. Ended up terrible. Put too much chemical on my lawn and burnt up my beautiful lawn. 900 dollars spent for them to do this. Very very disappointing. I have still not heard from the GM. Posting before and after pictures. These pictures are three days apart after two treatments. This is unacceptable.

My Fiancé has been using true green for a minute now and let me tell you this grass didn’t used to look like this, but it is so nice especially when it’s freshly cut as well, oooh thank you gals and guys so very much & Girl 🩷🫶🏽 you came out this morning and did your thing so I had to leave a review for treating it so good today. The Grass looks really good and the ending results are perfection, and you were so very kind. The grass Treatment definitely shows where the money is well spent on.

I hired TruGreen for pest control and lawn seeding, thinking a “professional” service would finally solve my issues. Big mistake.

Let’s start with pest control: After getting the service they came out and sprayed the exterior within 2 minutes and barely sprayed anything. I was still seeing bugs inside and outside the house after their treatments. When I called to follow up, they gave me vague answers and zero accountability. Whatever they sprayed clearly didn’t work — maybe it was water in a bottle for all I know. After asking if they could spray in the house where the pests are they say they don’t provide those services. I’ve never met a pest company that won’t spray inside a home even if it is an all natural product. I contacted support and they will give you all the free services of their products that DONT WORK to try and get you to stay. They will also send out a “senior tech” which is literally just their normal workers.

As for the lawn seeding? You’d think they forgot to bring the seed. My yard looks like a patchy disaster, with bare spots everywhere. I could’ve thrown grass seed from Walmart myself and gotten better results. I watched the tech “seed” my lawn and he quite literally just sprayed a couple pumps from the truck here and there then left within 7 minutes. I have a 3000 sq ft lawn. And the weeds they say they spray for are still growing better than ever! None of their products or services work.

Customer service? Nonexistent. Getting a response took 3 minutes per question regardless of the support agent. And like I stated previous they will do anything to beat around the bush and actually answer your concerns. They just want to keep you trapped into their services. I have spent over $800 for all of my services and didn’t get refunded on any of them.

Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Go through a smaller pest and or lawn company. I have tried Pete’s Pest Control and Greenix so far and they both actually care and provide results. TruGreen promises results and delivers excuses.

Every time I have gone to this store for paint, flooring, even gardening I get great customer service. There are several representatives that I see each time I go in and they always are willing to help and answer questions! I have several properties that I do work at and I am there many times in a month. I have had great luck at this store and would recommend it to anyone.

Great products, but you'd better watch their 'sale' pricing like a hawk. Bought some marked down plants today, and all but one rang up full price. They place sale signs everywhere, but apparently do not mark some items properly or include them in the sale prices even though they're right behind the signs. Too much hassle to haggle over items when you're in line. I got an adjustment online, but it would be far easier if the store would just keep things clearly marked and not mix on sale/not on sale stuff.

Went in to buy some pre emergent and they wanted $50 for a 15,000 square foot bag. So I left and went to site one across town and they only need $18 for 12,500 coverage and that was for the best stuff or I could get the yellow colored stuff which is what grass pad sells for only $15 a bag. WOW I can't afford grass pad anymore. Plus the people at site one we're incredibly nice.

I’ve wanted to go here for years after always hearing the commercials! They were so helpful and friendly and made our experience very pleasurable!!! Will definitely go back next time we need yard items!!!

Top quality product, and a very helpful and informative staff!

Service here is pretty good, and they can always give great advice on what will help improve your lawn. They have excellent seed blends, and the sod is typically good. Not a huge selection of landscape plants, though.

This is certainly my go-to place for the best local lawn and garden advice in the KC area. They have great programs to follow that really do make caring for your lawn or garden idiot proof. Everytime I go in I am greeted by friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff to help me make the best and most cost-advantageous choices.

Grass pad is always great. The staff is absolutely amazing and prices are way better than the box stores and the quality is top notch. Thanks for the help w the monster tree!

I had a couple questions about the best grass seed to use for my application. I thought I was at a good place to get some answers. I approached a lady behind the counter and after ignoring me for about 30 seconds she looked up and said I'm closed. I told her I just had a couple questions about grass seed if she didnt mind. She basically threw a facial fit and said what. I told her I would find someone else. I then approached a guy at the front of the store and asked him for help. He told me to follow him. We walked to the rear of the store where he got behind the counter and asked what my question was. I asked why he couldn't answer my question up front and he said he didn't want to get in trouble for answering questions up front. He then answered my questions and $375 later I was on my way. Yes, this will be my last visit. No, I don't appreciate playing thier games. Feldman's has good products and has always treated me with respect. I will buy my grass seed there from now on.

I get all of my yard products from grass pad ONLY!! No big box store products for me!! Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I love the clinics they put on every year!! Keep up the great work!!

Love this place!!!! Marc and all the other staff are very knowledgeable about what they do. I had the only golf course quality yard all through the summer drought. reasonably priced and the price gets better the more you buy in bulk.
