Valerie did a great job with the first deep clean of our home. It was a big job for one person but she spent hours without breaks getting it done! I don’t think my toilet has ever been so clean. We had our 2nd cleaning this morning which went much faster and was just as thorough. Dane has been very kind, attentive, and flexible with getting us on the schedule. We are looking forward to having them come back!

The best cleaning service I have used thus far. I have used them twice now. The first time I had them deep clean my carpets and the second they deep cleaned my house. Amazing, spotless work. The KC manager even came by to inspect the place after it was done to make sure everything was perfect. They were able to get me booked super quickly and their customer service was top of the line. I will absolutely be using them again in the near future!

Cottage Care is always incredibly accommodating, professional and detail oriented. Ally provided our most recent service and we were extremely pleased with the quality of her work. We had a last minute schedule change and they took our call at 7:45am and moved around their schedule to ensure we could still get our cleaning that day. We would recommend them to anyone!!

I've been with Cottage Care for several years now and they are fantastic. Lori is amazing! She goes above and beyond and will literally make your house shine. Got pet hair problems? She's a magician at making that disappear. Chastity, in the office, is always so kind and makes setting up your cleaning schedule a breeze. I highly recommend!! I was scheduled for an initial cleaning however a major life change happened and I urgently needed to move it to more of an “asap” schedule. Although the LS location was booked for the day, Mandy (manager) reached out to other locations and had someone at my house 3 hours later. Her act of rearranging staff and timelines was selfless, and I admire their teamwork approach. The women who cleaned my home were respectful and put my nerves about trying something new at ease.

And my house looks amazing! I live on a farm with 2 dogs and 2 cats (also mid-renovation) so keeping up with all our messes feels never ending. It’s like they pressed a “reset” button and gave me back my time. The cost for service is transparent and fair.

I will be continuing routine business with this company.

I have been using Cottage Care for my Cleaning Services for about 15 years now. And I have been very pleased with the quality of the maids that they hire. My current cleaning lady is named MANDY. She is very prompt, cordial, and does a GREAT cleaning job for me!! I am always notified if there is any necessary delay. She has a very extroverted personality, and connects well with new clients. I have her assigned to me as often as the scheduling will allow. I never have any complaints about her Professional Services. She is as good as they get!!

Cottage Care has been cleaning my home on an every-two-weeks basis for the last few months. Brandi did an excellent job cleaning my house today, moving furniture around to vacuum underneath, picking up decorations and cleaning under them (and the decorations themselves), mopping my tile and hardwood floors, and getting the pet hair out of my furniture! It’s nice coming back to a clean house! I would definitely recommend their services!

We have never had our home professionally cleaned and cottage care made it so easy to schedule and have our home cleaned. Liz cleans our home and does a really good job! She takes the load off our shoulders, and I don’t have to worry about my cats getting out when she’s there.

We were extremely pleased with the cleaning outcome done on December 19th! This was a difficult job because there were two dogs that lived there and not much cleaning ever happened. Many, many thanks to the individual that walked in and took on this challenge. Would highly recommend Cottage Care for any cleaning needs, even the mist difficult ones!

Cottage Care in Lees Summit are professional, always quick to reply when i call, very hard workers. They leave the house clean and smelling fresh. Carri cleaned my house this week, vacuuming and cleaning all floors and stairs on three levels. Bathrooms and kitchen appliances, granite counters and sinks shining. Even taking out the trash. I highly recommend them.

I tried other companies and they just aren't as good. I've used Cottage Care for years and wouldn't think of changing to a different company. ! I love this company!
