We have used Cottage Care off and on for a couple years. Honest, Easy to schedule; through job cleaning; good followup to ensure job was done properly. We have been satisfied and have now moved to a bi weekly schedule.

I used Cottage Care for the first time yesterday. I’m getting ready for knee surgery and wanted to make sure my house stayed clean while I was down. Gavin came to clean. He is kind and easy to be around. I feel like in my prime I was a really good housekeeper but this young man exceeded me by a mile. He took extra care to do my fans and baseboards. We started using Cottage Care when I got a promotion and our first baby all at once. Taking the step to accept help with house cleaning was actually a big deal to us and I am so thankful we did!! Safety was our number one concern and we just love everyone. The managers routinely come by for quality control checks But it really feels like catching up with friends and they always do such a good job regardless. Our pets love them and we also prioritize non-toxic cleaning which is such a plus. They really help take care of us which is such a blessing. Several times I’ve been overwhelmed as a busy new mom and then I come home and see someone took time to even clean my hairbrush (extremely unexpected) and it made me feel cared for. We started this journey as a ‘right now’ choice but our experiences have led us to keep their services for the long haul.

One of the best decisions I ever made was hiring CottageCare to clean my home. Carri, specifically, does such a phenomenal job. She’s so thorough and whether she has appointments after mine or not, I’d never know because she’s never in a rush. I also love that she’s so good with my dog and that the company itself is pet-friendly, including the cleaning products they use! CottageCare does a fabulous job of communicating with me ahead of my appointments and are always flexible with my ever-changing schedule. I'm the new General Manager at Royal Meadows Golf Course. The bathrooms needed some serious attention. I've been a regular with this carpet cleaning company for 7 years, and they've always done an amazing job! Booking their services is a breeze after the initial clean. They will ask you a few questions to estimate the size of each room, stairs, and landings on your first service request. The final charge is determined by the measurements taken by the cleaner. Future bookings are even simpler as they keep your carpet details on file. They confirm your repeat areas and review any price changes (only happened once in 7 years!) when you call to schedule. Plus, they offer a 10% discount for return customers! The women who manage the bookings are always pleasant, and they've always been able to accommodate my preferred date and time. Last Monday, i called to check if they had any slots for the week since i was going to be home from work. They were able to send over my regular cleaner, leonard, just two days later! Incredible! leonard's professionalism and attention to detail are always impressive. He does a stellar job cleaning the carpets. On one occasion, when leonard was unavailable, they sent dale, who was equally excellent. They both seem to enjoy their work and judging by leonard's long tenure, he must be well-treated by the management. If you need quality carpet cleaning, give them a call. You won't be disappointed! They also provide upholstery and grout services, although i haven't tried those yet. But if their carpet cleaning service is any indication, those must be top-notch too! And don't forget, always tip your cleaner - they work hard and sweat to give your carpets the best clean possible!

Impressive service for a last-minute carpet cleaning call. I had to travel unexpectedly and didn't want to return to a dirty home. When I reached out for immediate service, they were able to accommodate me on the same day. With the state of my carpets, I wasn't expecting much, but I was blown away by the results.
