I have used Cottage Care housecleaning monthly for many years. They have provided quality cleaning services and are responsive on all customer matters by phone and text. Gavin has been the person assigned to my house recently and he has done a very good job.

Miledy does a great job. I especially like how the wood floors in my house look after she cleans them!

Update: Several months ago there were some personnel changes and Brandie became our regular cleaner. She has been great. Does a terrific job and always takes a moment to love on our dogs, who are always excited to see her. I would continue to recommend Cottage Care to anyone looking for cleaning services.

Marielena pays attention to detail and is so considerate when she arrives as I am a new mom who barely sleeps! She goes above and beyond and even makes my bed. Highly recommend cottage care - I have had multiple cleaners and they have all been great. They are also very careful to not let my cats out which eases my anxiety immensely!

The cleaning crew was very friendly and displayed good attention to detail throughout our house. This was our first time using a cleaning company, so very impressed so far. I also appreciate the follow up calls to discuss certain areas in our house that may need specific attention during our next cleaning.

Been getting our house cleaned by CottageCare for about 6 months now! I love how much effort their entire staff puts in to make sure our house is looking beautiful and all of our questions/concerns are addressed. They always do a fantastic job! Courtney, especially, did an awesome job cleaning our house a couple weeks ago!

Update: The business asked me to remove the review because they did not agree with it and claim it’s “silly”. I will not be doing that. They are not a “full” cleaning service and people should be aware if they are looking for that. Not to mention some pretty terrible customer service when dealing with them on the phone. Be forewarned should you choose to do business with them.

Would not recommend. Gave them a call because all the reviews seem really good but they can’t even do simple things like water plants in a house which seems like a pretty basic service. Go with someone else.

We used Cottage Care as our first ever cleaning service purchase, because we’re having our second baby very soon and we know we won’t have time to deep clean again for a while. Ameyah cleaned our townhouse today and everything looked amazing! She was on time and very thorough especially with our carpeted stairs and cat trees! She left a very kind note afterwards and made sure to shut the bathroom doors so my cat didnt eat the TP. Nothing compares to coming home to a sparkling clean house and we will continue to use Cottage Care and Ameyah.

Today Kat cleaned our home and it was beautiful when I got home! She also left a really fun note commenting on our decorations which made me happy! I can't say enough about how much I love this cleaning service, they never disappoint!

Faith cleaned our home today and everything was wonderful as usual! Everytime I get to meet one of the cleaners they are all so kind and attentive to details and do such an amazing job. I couldn't recommend this place more! If you have to means to have someone else clean your home DO it! you will be so happy with the results and with the free time it gives you back!

I own a company called Advocates for Seniors. We have used Cottage Care for several years and are always pleased with the results. Today Kayli and Carri cleaned a 4,000 sq. ft. house, making it ready for sale. I requested a move-out and it's the perfect way to clean the house from stem to stern. They even got up on a ladder to clean above the front door! The oven is sparkling and the refrigerator looks and smells brand new. The three bathrooms are spotless and the floors are well mopped and clean as a whistle. Even the stubborn grime by the door is gone. These gals are friendly and helpful. They are dedicated to getting the job done well. I highly recommend them. And, not to be overlooked, Ashley took my order efficiently and thoroughly. She followed up with reminders and checked in on the job while they were working. She isn't afraid to pitch in and help when need be. It's a great company.
