Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling found me a solution fast. My water heater died and they were able to get someone out that night to troubleshoot. When I opted to replaced the aged unit, their technician (Alex) was knowledgeable and more than willing to walk me through my options. Since I was or or service completely, Alex worked with Lee's Summit Cooling and Heating to get me on his install schedule for first thing, the next day. Installation was a breeze and Alex was excellent. I would recommend Alex and his team to anyone!

Alex came to our rescue and did fantastic work. He was quick, but unhurried and helped tremendously. I will definately call again when I next need their expertise! A very kind and friendly company to do business with.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Every time they come out, they do an excellent job. They're, friendly, professional, and always explain things in a way I can actually understand! David in particular has been out for us more than once and is excellent at what he does.

T.Bailey is very experienced and technically competent. Very goiod interpersonal and communication skills. He explained as he went through the check out heating equipment process what he was doing and shared information as went step by step.
I appreciated his letting me ask questions.
Each time I call Lees Summit Heating and Cooling, I will want T. Bailey as my service technician.

David was awesome. Super friendly. Identified the issue super fast. Performed test to make sure furnace operating at optimum performance. Would highly recommend David for every service call. Big thank you to him!

Alex arrived at our home on time.
We had a soft blockage that he took care of.
He was very professional, explained everything and cleaned up perfectly.
He also evaluated our sump pump and battery. Also our hot water heater.
Explained and answered any questions we had.
He will be our request for any future work we may need.

Service was the best! Plumber Jonathan worked with me and was very professional. Super cool guy with great professionalism and values. Explained everything in detail and worked with me on pricing. Company uses made in USA water heaters that are more pricey, but worth it.

We called at 7:30 this morning requesting service for our geothermal heating system. The answering service confirmed that they service geothermal systems and would have a tech out between 8-9 am. By 10 am no one had showed. I called an was informed we were next on the list, the job prior was taken longer than expected. We then received a call from dispatch saying the tech would be here within 30 minutes. It’s now 10:30. We were finally able to speak with the tech who told us they do NOT service geothermal systems and they are sorry. Complete waste of our time and the company cannot offer a referral to another hvac provider. Now here we are on a Saturday in January with no heat and hours of wasted time.

Quick appointment scheduling. Our tech Justin R was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use this company again.

The summit heating and cooling did a great job of getting us back up and running on a cold winter day. The technician arrived exactly when they said was very polite and gave us lots of good information. Would highly recommend.

I used LS heating and cooling for two items, the first was to look at my hvac, the second was to add an outlet box.

For the hvac, the technician ended up just blowing on a house to clear the line, was a very quick and easy fix. He noted for just that it would have been about $215, and that I might as well just subscribe to their yearly membership for $240, and that would cover the cost. North of $200 for that is not reasonable.

The next week I needed to add an outlet. Since I signed up for their membership, I decided to give them another shot. This project is only running about 3 ft of wiring from an existing switch and adding an outlet. This should be around a $200-$300 job max. When I asked for a ballpark figure before starting, I was told $600-$800. I told them that is way too high, and he looked at his phone for 1 minute and said the cost would be $630. That is way too expensive. It seems as though they will give a ballpark estimate to see your reaction, and then price based on that.

I would not use these guys if you are in the Lees Summit area. I know they have good reviews, they do good work but are far overpriced.

Derek arrived in the evening of his very long day. He was pleasant, courteous and efficient. After some consideration he found the cause of our furnace malfunction and thoroughly explained the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. The furnace is now functioning perfectly. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received! Absolutely outstanding!! Thanks Derek for great service and for being an excellent representative of your company.

We had a very positive experience from beginning to end.
Our AC system needed to be replaced and these guy's did an excellent job with communication, setting up financing and then the removal and install of our new system.
They were friendly, professional, clean and tidy!

Everything was exceptional, Travis came out and inspected hvac system and since system was 40 years old recommended replacing. He had 4 good options to choose from. Explained all systems thoroughly with no pressure to purchase. Unit was installed next day by DeVante and Dalton. Both were very polite and professional and did excellent job replacing system. They checked to ensure everything was functioning properly before leaving.

David and Dalton were very thorough, professional, and informative while servicing our furnace. They were also very technically knowledgeable and proficient answering the multitude of questions that we had.

Johnathan did a great job! It was a Saturday and it was his day off. He rearranged his schedule to fix an emergency pipe leak at my home. He was thorough, validated the repair and reviewed everything he did to fix the leak.

I had to take a day off work for their 10am-noon scheduled appointment, and they never showed up! I understand that issues arise, but damn. So I had to take the next day off as well.
Pleased with the service, not so much with the scheduling.

David Appleman with Lee’s Summit Heating and Cooling was excellent. He was transparent about my unit and explained why he was doing the things he was doing. I liked him so well, that I asked for his card so next time I need service, I can ask for him again. I really appreciate his work method and easy communication. He was detailed and thorough.

Jonathan has done excellent plumbing work at my business so I trusted him to come to my home and he did not disappoint. He is thorough and breaks down exactly what needs to happen and how. He is efficient and clean; polite and courteous. If you need plumbing work done call LS and ask for Jonathan!

Johnathan was professional. Replaced a shut off valve under the kitchen sink that was not shutting all the way off. Showed me how the gasket and hard water build up was errecting the valve (20 + years old). He was not pushy trying to up-sell, but very informative about what may be needed in the future due to age of house.
Would definitely recommend this company and especially Johnathan to any and everyone.

Luis was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time and was not rushed. Very positive experience. When I decided to buy a new furnace and air conditioner, the salesman, Joe came out promptly and spent plenty of time going over the different options and did his best to get the price down for me as a senior citizen. He applied three different discounts and did not recommend the most expensive products for me. He seemed very concerned that I not overpay.
