Alex was amazing!! The job I had done by Lees summit heating and cooling was a second opinion, they quoted me $1000 less than my original quote. They got to the house within an hour of me calling to inquire, and fixed my water pressure and also my main shut off valve for a great price. Alex was super communicative and kept me updated throughout the process as I was not at the home while the work was being done. I will 100% be calling Alex anytime I have any issues in the future.

Jonathan was very knowledgeable and went through his evaluation of my job and items he identified as possible issues and future concerns. It was great working with all personnel At Lees Summit Heating and Cooling. Everyone was polite and helpful. Thanks for the positive experience.

When my kitchen sink stopped up, I first called out one of the big plumbing companies for an estimate. They quoted me what I knew was a ridiculously inflated price. When I called Lee's Summit out to take a look, Jonathan was straightforward and honest with me from the start. I was the last stop at the end of a long day for him, but he was friendly and professional nonetheless. He not only cleared the clog in a timely manner for a fraction of the cost, but he also answered some questions I had about improving my sink situation in the future. I am very impressed.

I have the absolute best review to leave for this company and their employee Treinn Bailey. They were scheduled to be on site between one and four, but there were many other homes that were losing heat and they were planning on doing a service for mine. I was totally fine that they were running behind because I would not want to be out of heat myself, so no complaints there at all. And no complaints at all with this company for that fact. But, he showed up around 6 o’clock in the evening, which I assume is working after hours for him and for the company. He is quite a professional and I can’t go on enough about him. He’s a type of person that every company would want to employ. Respectful and nice and explain many things to me that I didn’t even know I needed to know lol. It was a true joy to have someone like him were on one of the most expensive parts of my home. I’ve seen the Google reviews on this company and they were always top-notch and that’s actually why I went this route, but it was more impactful to see what kind of employee that they sent to me. If anyone has any doubt, have none. This guy showed up and I got to know him a little bit more and here he is working after hours and he’s got five kids at home. Anyway, I hope when it comes to raise time he gets the max lol

Requested a service call to check issues with my heat. They were able to answer all of my questions through text as well as offer an arrival time of 8a-9a the following day.

Next day, a tad before 9a I texted to confirm the appt but an auto text said they were closed & open at 9a 😳. Shortly after 9a someone called me and said they only offer service windows between 8a-12p. I informed her that I had a text that said 8a-9a (I was upset I had to wake up at 7a on my day off & had altered other items on my schedule to accommodate).

Nonetheless, they arrived at 10:30a. Trevis was courteous and quickly able to diagnose the issue when other hvac specialist had been out earlier in the year & unable to ID the problem. He was able to provide details on the issue & answer my questions (on multiple occasions since I know nothing ab hvac). He also consulted w/a supervisor via phone to confirm his diagnosis ( I definately appreciate a thorough prognosis). I paid the $89 dispatch & diagnosis fee & he left.

A 2nd person, Joe, soon arrived to confirm the findings and go over pricing, warranty info & financing options. Joe was just as down to earth, professional, knowledgeable, and customer centered.

Great customer service from both technicians as well as a quick, efficient diagnosis process.

I give this consultation visit 4.5 stars. If the scheduling snafoo hadn't happened, this would definitely be a 5 star review.

Joe came in into house with covers on his shoes. Much appreciated. He quickly gave me an estimate for our dryer and air duct cleaning. He was very nice and put up with my barking dog. Thank you very much!

My furnace stopped running on the evening of a bitter cold day due to sensor faults. I had originally called a competitor to schedule service but by morning I hadn't heard back from them. I called LS Heating & Cooling and within 5 minutes of talking to the dispatcher, Trevin called to say he was on his way. He helped troubleshoot my furnace and identified several small holes in our heat exchanger that were likely introducing CO into our home. Trevin was able to get me in contact with a sales rep to determine available options and cost to repair/replace. The sales rep, Cade, helped prepare some estimates and was not pushy or pressuring us to upgrade or spend more than we felt was appropriate. He very much allowed for us to convey our interests/needs. Installation was able to be scheduled for the next morning. Vincent and Evan arrived well within the scheduled window to install the new system. They were very professional and informative of what was happening throughout the install of the new furnace and A/C and completed in roughly 8hrs, despite the poor weather. I cannot thank LS Heating & Cooling enough for helping us get our heat back and for alerting us to our CO issue before the situation got any worse. Thank you so much for working hard through the bitter cold!

We have had just the best experience with Lees summit heating and cooling. From the very beginning, working with Joe (his customer service and communication was top tier) in deciding to proceed with a new furnace, AC and water heater, all the way to the end and then for our first annual maintenance check. We have dealt with the most phenomenal people and customer service. I was not going to schedule a maintenance check quite yet as our system isn’t even 6 months old yet. Kathy recommended it being a good idea to make sure everything has been working appropriately. Then 2 days later Luis came out for the maintenance check. He is now my hero as he found a carbon monoxide leak! He was able to get it fixed right then and we are forever grateful. His communication and expertise is unmatched. I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Thank you all!

I contracted with Lee Summit Heating and Cooling to install a mini split in my shop. Travis prepared me for what to expect and the supervising installer, Devante, exceeded all expectations. They showed up on time, informed me of what they were doing, and did not leave until I understood how to use the equipment. There was a product malfunction which Devante took care of the same day and stayed beyond normal business hours to replace the defective item. I highly recommend this company as everyone I have met has been helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. I had a new furnace installed a few months ago and that was a great and seamless experience, but when they really showed their professionalism and effort was when I ended up with a crumbling sewage pipe and needed a full replacement. They did everything they could to ensure that was really the route we had to go, and they got it all knocked out so fast and were able to provide financing with a great rate. Not only that but I’d just had gravel laid down where they had to dig everything up. A few days after this process there was a horrible rainstorm and a lot of the mud and gravel washed out. They brought in new gravel for me and re-covered the whole area.
The new pipe system looks great, works great, and I have full confidence to hire them for anything and everything moving forward. They even send you progress photos along the way.

I’ve had to deal with contractors a lot as I own a couple properties that have been renovated and needed new things. I know it can feel like such a gamble and you always wonder if they are just trying to get money out of you. I’ve never once felt that with this company and they have always done their best to do the most reasonable and affordable thing, without cutting corners.

I would not recommend using this company for any electrical work. The electrician thought it was fine to rewire my basement with the wires exposed on the outside of the walls. I had to fish the wires myself to prevent him from destroying my basement walls. There were several more issues they did finally resolve but not without push back and a threat to bill me extra. I wouldn’t trust them in my home again!
