They did an awesome job from start to finish. They were very professional and open while quoting a price and then they were able to see us quickly and promptly. While they were working Bret took the time to explain what he was doing and what to expect. He was able to get out 2 different bird's nests and lots of lint. Now our dryer works as it should. Highly recommend!

Bret was awesome! Came over and checked out my duct work and was honest with me about the work that was needed and saved me a bunch of money. Did amazing work on the outside vent cleaning and replacement. Very courteous and professional. Bret and his crew surpassed expectations with quick, friendly, and thorough service. The owner is honest and communicated upon inspection that my home did not require the full-service duct cleaning they had been contracted for, saving me time and money. They have a professional setup and took all necessary steps to ensure the cleaning was complete and the home cleanup was minimal. I've long been skeptic of duct cleaning, but after seeing the deep thick buildup in the vents in Grandpa's ~60 year old house, I figured it was worth the investment. The price seemed right for the amount of work and time, and the results were pretty dramatic.

I appreciated the photos and video, too. Pretty sure I worked directly with the owner and his helper. Nice guys and sounds like they are HVAC veterans so they know their way around the systems.

It's never fun to call out a contractor who points out additional problems, but in this case I appreciate the expertise and suggestions on items to address as we modernize this property. Given that they don't address those added problems as an upsell, and it's more of an "FYI," I'm even more inclined to take the issues seriously and consider these guys trustworthy.

Overall I'm happy and have no complaints. If your vents are nasty, give 'em a call.

One suggestion, maybe grab a cheap go-pro for photos and video. Higher quality results and less hassle.

I highly recommend Duct Pros for their professional knowledge and attention to detail. The first thing they did upon arrival was to take photos of our ducts insuring they needed cleaning. Duct Pros then protected our floors and furniture before bringing in their equipment. After cleaning the ducts, we were shown photos of the cleaned ducts, then asked to walk through the house ensuring the space was clean and, in the condition, they started with. You will not be disappointed in this company's service.

Brett and his assistant Kody were very patient with all of my questions. I have very strange duct work and they had to work around it. Brett advised me on my options and did a very good job considering the challenges they faced. He installed my UV light and he helped work through my options. I would highly recommend them! I know that there are some companies that do duct cleaning but don’t understand how to do it. Brett was also an hvac professional so he understands how to properly clean.

These guys are really pros at duct cleaning! They were prompt, protected all the floors and edges of doorways. Showed how bad our dryer vent was. Totally professional and courteous. We will use them in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting their duct work and dryer vents cleaned.

Had an issue with duct work popping after the work was completed and they came right out, found the problem (nail poking on metal duct) and fixed it. Absolutely the best! Could not be happier.

Bret and his brother notified us before arrival. They were polite and clearly explained what they planned to do. The dryer vent run had several turns but they were able to figure out ways to avoid disassembling the vent duct run. Dryer is now able to dry clothes in single run 😀.

Bret came out and did a thorough examination of my ducts and they actually did not need to be cleaned. I was amazed a company would be so honest as to not do services that were requested if they were not needed. Bret stayed and answered many other questions I had regarding the dust in the house and how to remediate. Super friendly, honest, and thorough. Bret and Dustin cleaned our dryer vent and air ducts today and we were so impressed. We live in an old home and our ducts hadn’t been cleaned in many years. When we saw how dirty they were, we couldn’t believe it (see pictures)! So grateful to now have clean vents. Our heat is working better and we are breathing dust free air. Bret was very responsive every time I texted or called. The pricing was reasonable and I was looking to get the inside of tbh furnace cleaned he said he would take a look to see if it was necessary. He was really honest and said it was pretty clean and wasn’t necessary. I would highly recommend!

I 100% recommend Duct Pros. Bret is personable, responsive, and honest. He and Kody came to our house to clean the HVAC and dryer ducts and vents. They used their equipment to look into the ducts and showed me on camera that my ducts were already quite clean. Accordingly, they recommended not to have them perform the service. Bret's honesty was so refreshing. He also referred me to a local HVAC company, JOCO Heating & Cooling, to address some furnace issues.

This is the type of company that deserves to succeed.
