I have had incredible experience with this company. They have helped us out in multiple, code red, equipment crunches. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional.

I have used CSI for 3 years now at all 4 of my locations. Josh is always friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend to others.

Called for repairs on a commercial item. They never followed up nor did they ever give us an ETA. One of our own associates ended up fixing the issue. CSI showed up a week later and STILL charged us over $100 when they didn't even do any work! Tried calling them multiple times and never could get a response.

I have a personal 2 head Faby Margarita machine that the condenser support cracked on the left head. So I called CSI to see if they would fix it. I received an estimate for the repair of around $500, but it was a time and material deal. So I had to take the machine and the part I purchased to their shop. However, what I didn't know was they don't have technicians working at the shop, so they dispatch one of their mobile techs to the shop to do the work, which is a trip charge.

After they started working on the machine and had it apart they determined that the part I had provided was for a newer model, and would have to be modified before they could use it. At this point they charged me a little over $400. So I had to go get the machine and the parts bring it home and modify the part so it would fit and then bring it back.

Now with the "correct part" they did they repair and charged me another $400+. At that time they told me the machine was fixed. However, I wasn't given any test results that showed that both heads were freezing at the time. When I got it home I determined they had lost a spring that allows external control of the temperature of the cylinder. I called them and they said it wasn't there in the shop, so they said I must have lost it. I argued and the Technician who did the work, finally he said he would replace it if I would order the part he would pay me. So I did, but he never paid.

We decided to use the machine in late May, and the head they didn't work on, and that was working fine when I took it in now won't freeze. So I called to see if they would make it right, and they refused and said they would be happy to look at it for their standard time and material costs if I wanted to bring it in. I am very disappointed.

I am sure they do reasonable work for commercial businesses, but they fall short when dealing with an individual.

A technician named Christian came out to my place of business to work on an ice machine I was having issues with. He was so professional and knowledgeable. We will be moving forward with using CSI in the future.

I was referred by a family friend and was so happy I chose One Call Heating and Cooling. Not only did Sam help diagnose and come up with a plan for a unique air flow issue, Leo and Marlow installed a whole house humidifier! What a great team! Thanks guys, looking forward to working with you again in the future!

We just had our furnace replaced by Sam and we can’t say enough about him, his dedication to his customers, his work, and his prices. We had our heat go out and a different company came out and quoted us very high. I decided to get a second opinion, but it was Christmas Eve. I found Sam through a post I made on Facebook. He was very quick to respond, even though it was Christmas Eve! He answered all of my questions, and was so through on getting information from me about or issue and furnace. When He ran into issues because of the parts store being closed for the holiday, he was quick to communicate and find a solution to meet the deadline he had told me. We are so happy we chose One Call Heating and Cooling, and will be using them for future maintenance and repairs!

Absolutely fantastic. We won’t use any other company. Our AC went out and they were able to come out shortly after contacting them. They tried to find the parts and to repair first but unfortunately our system was too old and the parts weren’t available. We got a whole new system installed for a reasonable price and within a week. We can’t recommend them enough. Honest, reliable, and knowledgeable.
