One Call has been the absolute best HVAC company I've come across in the KC metro area! They perform professional work in a timely manner and go above & beyond! The crew is well spoken, respectful and punctual! Sam the owner is a stand up guy, very understanding of emergencies that arise and will work with you diligently to get it resolved! I can't recommend these guys enough!

Sam was able to get to my house within a couple of days and did a great job installing my mini-split. He even stuck around after the install and showed me how to operate everything. I’m going to be recommending him to anyone I know who needs AC work done.

Leo and Marlo did outstanding work cleaning our ducts. I highly recommend One Call. We recently had some renovations done that created a lot of dust and they were able to clean all of that out of our ducts.

I contacted this company and they came out SAME DAY! Within hours of my call. I am pretty sure they had the issue diagnosed before he even got here, but had it fixed within MAYBE 15 minutes. If that. I had someone come look at it, and days and days of calling around and quoted massive diagnostic fees and they had it done in a snap. Sam was super nice, very professional and did an absolutely amazing job. I am very grateful and our house is now ice cold after sweating for 3 days. I highly recommend using this business. One Call was out today to install a whole house diffuser. Marlow and Leo were both out and did a great job. They were thorough and efficient. My house now smells awesome! Can't wait to try more scents.

Reached out on FB (Monday) because the website did not have have appointments after 2:30. They worked with me to come out after I got of work the SAME DAY. Sam came out to give me an estimate on replacing my HVAC system. He went over all my options and did not oversell. We opted to go with a full replacement as our system was ancient, but also adding a new humidifier and have the duct cleaning done. We sent the deposit the same night and got on the schedule for the Friday of the same week, again He worked with our work schedule since we would be off that Friday.

Sam and Marlow arrived early the day of the install and Sam went over everything with me. They divided and conquered. Had everything installed in just a few hours, also hooking up a duct that was disconnected by the previous homeowners.

We scheduled the duct cleaning for the following Friday (today) since we were off work. Leo and Marlow showed up early and went over everything with me. They both were very mindful of our dog and also just of our house. On completion, they showed us all the dirt and debris that was removed from our ductwork and the dirty filter. Was definitely worth the cost of the service.

We take pride in supporting small family businesses. Sam is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, and honest. He does everything the right way unlike some other companies I have dealt with in the past just wanting to put on a band-aid.(charging a leaking system)

Absolutely LOVE One Call. I will only call them from now on. Our AC blew up over the summer and our furnace was OLD. Got a quote from another company and didnt feel right so I posted on Facebook looking for recommendations and I connected with one of the owners, Summer. I was able to do an estimate just by sending pictures which was amazing. Decided to go with an in person estimate and the other own Sam came out. He talked to my husband like an actual person and not just a sale. My husband appreciated it so much! He wasn't pushy, he explained everything simply and answered all questions. Within a week or so we decided to start the process. We scheduled for them to come out a few days later and start work replacing both systems. Within a few hours Sam and his tech where done and did the air duct cleaning. It's only been less than a day but already I love this new system better. My house actually got up to temp and its staying there. Thank you soooo much Sam for all the work! We appreciate you guys so so much! Great company! Amazing communication! Extremely helpful!

Joseph came for a plumbing check. Hot water heater was 11 years old never been flushed out. I decided to replace. He changed his other job for the day and got busy. He kept the work area clean and had the new unit in and running by 2 1/2 hours. I would have him back.

The tech was prompt, efficient, and courteous. He provided helpful information on what I can do to maintain our HVAC system.

Russell Richardson had me explain how I found out that something was wrong with my AC First I found that the temperature was not showing on my thermostat. He saw a small light towards the bottom of thermostat and he said my batteries were low. He put the batteries in the thermostat and my house started cooling off. I was thrilled that it was something simple. He made a few more checks onto AC and everything was fine. Thank you Russell! I do appreciate you checking my AC. Russell was very kind and introduced himself to meat the beginning of our appointment. Before, Russell left my house he still wanted to do a couple of tests on my AC.before he left. I appreciate him being thorough on my AC. Thank you so much!
