Dre Sese was professional and transparent with our HVAC replacement: He answered all of our questions regarding efficiency, cost, and basic maintenance. Dre also followed up with us to make sure the installation was smooth and we were satisfied. You can tell Dre wants to take care of the customer and cares about their best interest, which is rare for most companies for hire. 11/10 recommend Dre, Frank, and Jason (the installers) at LBA!

Anthony and the LBA team were wonderful to work with! Our hot water heater unexpectedly needed to be replaced last week - Anthony came out to assess the situation and gave us a great quote for the repair! The job was done in a timely manner. Will definitely be using LBA again and recommending them to others!

Patrick was awesome. He came out and looked over the furnace. He showed me the damage and explained everything that was going on with the various components. The furnace was in bad shape and he worked to asses the damage and find parts.

Lane was great. He explained everything in detail. Gave me options for different repairs. Appreciate his help getting this resolved.

Reece was great. He got all the ducts cleaned and was very thorough in the process.

The team that did the duct cleaning did a great job. The team worked very hard and were friendly and personable. We have two units and our duct work had never been cleaned since we built our house about 30 years ago. The ducts were quite dirty as well as the blowers and now the system is very clean based on photo documentation. I would highly recommend LBA if you are wanting a thorough job. In fact we have already recommended them to two of our friends.

We had a main line back up that had flooded around the drain in the basement. Cody and James responded as soon as the job they were doing was complete. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine. I was put at ease the moment they walked in and assessed what needed to be done. They did a fabulous job and it was like they weren't even there on clean up. I am so thankful that I have a resource that I can call and get treated fairly as a valued customer. Cody and James came out to give me a quote on a whole house humidifier and performed some other routine checks. While here they helped me get my thermostats set up wirelessly so I can control my system from my phone. Very professional and helpful!
