Matt came out within the hour of contacting him and made our situation feel personal to him. We had no AC and it was 90 degrees out. We ended up needing a new unit and it was late that day. He was back at 9am the next morning to replace it and made us a priority. Absolutely recommend this company!

Jayden came out only an hour after I called. My heat was out and I have heart failure and Crohns disease and I'm also old. He initially thought it was going to be about 24 hours before he could find the part. He made an enormous effort and found a part in his van and was able to have everything fixed in under an hour!!!! I mean I went from thinking I was gonna freeze to getting heat in about 45 minutes. My furnace went out after a week and half of really cold weather. I called Jake from a referral and he was able to diagnose the problem with my furnace via photo/video, have a tech order a replacement part, and have my furnace up and running again within just a couple of hours of my initial phone call. Quick, easy, friendly, fair price, and got the problem resolved. I will definitely call again when I need HVAC work. Thanks again!

Initially, I spoke with Jake to schedule my repair, who was very kind, helpful, and passed my info on to Jackson to come out and repair my A/C. They offered same day service, even after hours, for no extra fee.

I can't express how AMAZING Jackson was. He showed up early to diagnose the issue, stayed in constant communication regarding my repair, went out of his way to contact the company who installed the unit 4 years ago to see if the part was under warranty, was very kind and professional, and had qualities you don't seem to find often in the service/repair industry ... honesty and dependability. This was by far the best customer service and maintenance/repair experience I've had in many, many years of home ownership. I highly recommend CRS to anyone in need of HVAC service or repair.

My hvac had been bogged down and struggling to run. Gave Climate Restoration Services a call and they were out extremely quick, diagnosed that I had a mud dauber nest clogging the line and had it cleared out in minutes. System working perfect ever since. 10/10

I was beyond impressed with how quick Climate Restoration Services was able to come out, diagnose, and fix our air conditioner issue. I have a little one at home and I am expecting so going without AC for any period of time was miserable. As soon as the bud was approved by our property management company they came out the next morning at 9am to fix it. The technician, Eric, who worked on our unit was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient! 10/10 I would absolutely recommend this company to any and everyone!

Erik hooked me up. He didn’t have the part Friday night when he looked at it, but got it running for the time being. Swung back by Saturday and installed the new control board in a jiff. Excellent and confident service. 10/10 would recommend. Won’t be calling anyone else

Jake is the best there is. No high pressure sales like the other 2 bids I got. Jake was the most personable and honest scope received. Communicated every step of the way and finished my full Replacement of my HVAC system in less than a day.

Put a work order in for our outside AC unit with our rental company. They called you guys very quickly, and we had Jackson come out and diagnose our issue. I was guessing it was either the capacitor, motor fan, or maybe a recharge, and it ended up being the motor fan. Jackson was very professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue right away. I have used CRS multiple times for my heating and cooling and they have always done an excellent job. The owner, Matt even had to come out and install a mini split while his guys were busy on other jobs. They sent Jake and Jackson out to do a full install for me and did a great job. They were professional, clean and on time. I will definitely use these guys for all of my heating and cooling needs.

Chief Heating and Cooling gave us the best price of any other companies contacted. They went above and beyond our expectations when they modified our furnace filter area to access it easier. Ours was difficult to change out the filter. They were prompt and it took less time than they said to install our AC and Furnace. Everyone so friendly and answered all our questions.
