Travis came out to get our unit ready for summer. He was very informative and professional. We will definitely use you guys again! And would highly recommend!

When my furnace starting mis-behaving, I called LS Heating and Cooling for an appointment. To my surprise, they sent a skilled technician and supervisor within 3 hours. The problem was my fault: a lack of routine service. The problem was fixed within minutes with no repairs needed.

While fixing the furnace, they noticed my hot water tank was rusted on the bottom and starting to leak. It was installed just a few years ago by a different company in KC that I had problems with previously. LS Heating and Cooling installed my new water heater the next morning while I worked from home. Not only did they do an outstanding job quickly, they filled out the rebate form for my new energy-efficient water heater and did not charge me for the service call to fix my furnace.

I am happy to be warm with a dry basement and a rebate check on the way. I could not ask fore better service. Thanks, guys!

Cody helped us out last weekend and did a great job! He was very professional and definitely went above and beyond! Would recommend to anyone looking for a dependable company to service their HVAC needs!

The circuit board on my 20 year old furnace went out and Travis suggested to replace my furnace since it was so old. He suggested an energy efficient Gold series 2 stage furnace instead of repairing my old one. I agreed since we all know that repairs only last so long on older equipment. Todd and Travis were very professional and knew what they were doing when installing the furnace. I am very grateful that they were able to diagnose the problem and complete the installation in the same day.Travis was also able to save me money with a rebate from KC P&L as well as the money I will be saving on my bills since it is energy efficient. I give them a 5 star rating and will be using them again (hopefully not too soon).

I called after the first cold of the season proved our heater was not functioning the way that it should and often wasn’t heating at all. Lee’s Summit Heating and Cooling got me on the schedule within a couple days. Travis was very punctual and called when he was heading over. He was awesome. The issue was difficult to replicate, but once we got it, Travis went to work on diagnosing the problem.

I don’t know heads or tails about HVAC, but he explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand. He then went above and beyond and called the manufacturer to see if it was under warranty. While it was a relatively newer unit, I feared we were slightly over the standard 5-year-warranty. Travis checked anyway. He found that the warranty was still good for the original owner. But, the name was different on the warranty with the manufacturer. Travis dashes back in and asks for my maiden name. We’re still under warranty. He also updated the information with the manufacturer for me.

It’s hard to know who to trust when you’re dealing with equipment that you’re unfamiliar with. Lee’s Summit Heating and Cooling is a company you can trust. They are reliable, trustworthy, and highly knowledgeable. Plus, they got me in quick. Thank you so much, Lee’s Summit Heating and Cooling!

Our furnace decided to go out on 12/15/20, after some quick research for service companies in our area we settled on Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling due to their great reviews online. They were booked and had to add me to a waiting list and told me they could get me first thing on 12/16. They ended up getting us in on the 15th after all and their tech Eric came and assessed the problem. He had to order a part for us and the turnaround from contact to being fixed was just under three days. Excellent service, very fair prices and their tech Eric is amazing and a valuable asset. We ended up getting a maintenance plan with them and now have peace of mind about our heating and cooling in home and they have a customer for life. I highly recommend this company. Got a new furnace for a large home. They did a great job. Matthew, Don, Eric and Joe were wonderful and did a great install. I'm thrilled to have my new unit. Never had experience with their services, but I have had experiences with their drivers Till Today on July 28 of 2025 at 7 AM saw one of their ram trucks hauling around 80 mph down Buckner Tarsney heading towards 50 highway in Grain Valley, Missouri. He rode my behind and was driving recklessly would go over the line even when it wasn’t dotted I would trust their business and don’t get me wrong. I bet it’s good but that one Driver needs to be punished for the stupid things. He’s done he did it like five different cars going down the road.

I am impressed with Luis Lopez, HVAC Tech with Lee's Summit Heating & Cooling. He immediately determined possible issues with our AC unit after listening to me describe my concerns. He communicated his plan of action & showed me several options to not only fix the primary problem but to bring the whole system up to peak operating standard while looking for ways to save me money. I really appreciate the respect, professionalism and friendliness shown by Luis. Thank you.

Justin came out this past Saturday for my maintenance on my HVAC system that had been rescheduled due to weather the previous Monday. Very nice gentleman and took care of my needs and recommended a repair to be done. Did not force the ignition switch on furnace to be replaced but suggested due to wear and showed me the old part vs a new one and the wear. He was very efficient and took care of my needs. Also, Stephanie the office has been very helpful with my needs on the rescheduled appointment due to the weather.. Great job by them both.

Jim came to my house on a Sunday afternoon and was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained so many things to me in elementary terms that I could understand. The pricing is very reasonable and fair, and I know I will be using his business from this point forward, especially when it is time to replace my unit. Heartland was fantastic! Came home to a 90 degree home. Called Heartland and they were able to come quickly. Diagnosed it, repaired it, and within an hour....the home was cooling again!! John was efficient, professional, and our "hero" last night. Totally recommend their services!!!

Years ago had my furnace quit working in cold January. After searching internet and Yelp, I hired Heartland Quality. They came out quickly & put the furnace back in business. They talked me through what they were doing and explained how this emergency service lined up with their annual maintenance plan. I’ve been on their maintenance plan ever since. Then a few years back when we needed a new A/C & furnace, I just called them, no shopping around; had them replace the water heater too.

Heartland Quality HVAC was recommended to us by our plumber. He uses them for his own property. When our HVAC system failed, we called and they were out the very next day on time. Unfortunately, our system was shot(and old), so he recommended replacement. After we talked to Tom, and he gave us all of our options, we picked a system and scheduled the work for the next day. Again, they showed up on time ready to work. They were very professional and efficient. They appeared experienced and worked very well together. One team replaced the outside unit, and one team worked inside. This is a small family business. The owner himself was on sight! Couldn't be happier with their service. If your'e looking for the cheapest price in town, Heartland probably isn't for you. If you believe (like I do) that you get what you pay for, then these guys are it!!
