Great people who do great work! Called and told Tom my air was out and I needed a quote and he showed up within the hour. Scott and Josh were great too! They had the new AC and furnace installed and removed the old ones within a few hours. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who need HVAC work done!

Needed a new water heater - not an emergency replacement. Called Heartland and they were able to get out the next day to replace the failing water heater. Arrived as promised. Josh did an excellent job on the install. Very neat work and very careful around my home.

Made the appointment with Tom. Very helpful in determining what I needed and provided a firm price quote.

Also signed up for the annual HVAC system check.

I called Heartland because my daughter had an excellent experience when Heartland replaced her entire HVAC system.

Tom & the service team from Heartland were thorough & prompt in communicating with us. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly. When fall rolled around, they came back to ensure that our new heating system was ready to go for the winter. Definitely get a quote from them for your next HVAC job.

Dustin, the technician called saying he was on the way, additionally, I got an email notification Dustin was on the way. When Dustin arrived, he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

He did not immediately figure out the issue, but continued until he fully understood the problem. He explained this issue, explained our options and we decided on a course of action. He also pointed our several money saving options, which was much appreciated. He didn't try to sell us anything, but simply explained several options that could and did save us money.

This company repaired my furnace, saved me money, allowed me to make the decisions. I am giving them 5 stars, because that is the level of service they and Dustin provided. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Heartland Quality is based on the bid, buy & install of a AC & furnace about 13 months ago. Throughout the process there was very good communication with and from Heartland Quality. Price very competitive, units installed timely. The company did a followup about 45 days post install. The haul way of old units was complete. Units have operated problem free.

This is my opinion, with some facts thrown in. Dollar amounts and events are factual. Called the office and was disconnected and not called back. I think the owner hung up on me while discussing the following review, but I will field any further questions or concerns from management and update my review accordingly.

Charged $1,263 in labor and $880 in refrigerant for warranty repair of compressor in heat pump I bought from them. Repair took about 2.5 hours. Owner of business told me his tech had to wait at supply house. If he waited for 3 hours at supply house, I paid the company $230 per hour. Or, I paid over $500 per hour for the actual work (plus $880 for 8 lbs of R-410). Other problems with system as well, but eventually repaired as part of service contract.

It is true that the company came back to fix a problem with the way the humidifier that I paid for them to install on new HVAC equipment (also bought from them) would turn on. I bought their service contract and alerted their tech during their visit that I thought something wasn't right. Once I diagnosed myself that the humidifier only activated with the heat pump and not the gas furnace, they were graceful to come back and make it work properly without any additional fee. I am still not satisfied. I realize it is a for-profit business, but warranty repair on equipment specified, installed, and on a maintenance service by a company should not be a substantial source of profit in my opinion. I frankly don't care that the company you represent by installing their equipment is hard to deal with and getting reimbursed is difficult. I did not specify the manufacturer, and you could do what I have done and vote with my feet if your supplier is so terrible. I was aware that labor was not included in warranty, but no matter what I am told by the owner of the business, I don't believe that it cost them anywhere close to $2143 to replace the part under warranty. It is also a little bit dishonest to blame me for poor maintenance in my opinion when I had a service contract with your company. I should be able to change my own filters regularly and let you take care of any other maintenance for $179 per year.

Very professional and courteous. They contact you a day or two ahead of a scheduled maintenance visit to confirm, and the tech calls you when he’s 15 minutes away to let you know he’s on his way. Very thorough in their checkup. When we have to replace our 20-yr-old furnace next year, we’ll use Heartland. It’s nice to be able to trust your contractor.

Heartland is great. I had a new high-end Carrier heat pump system (indoor and outdoor) installed. Josh and Bob were the technicians. Very professional, very polite, explained things very well, worked well together, great personalities. Given it’s a union shop, Heartland employees are very well-trained (apprenticeship), which is what I highly value. You get high quality. Marc, the residential manager, is great, too. Knows his stuff. Very personable. I am very, very satisfied with Heartland. As a retired marketing professor, I look at the consumer and the business. Heartland is very well-run (look at their web site) (and, they take credit cards — points!).

Heartland has the best customer service. When are heater was broken last year on the coldest day they came out the same night, after hours, troubleshoot and was there the next day fixing our heating and air conditioner. Prices were good. I liked that they showed us what was wrong, how it was suppose to work and how to keep the new system working properly for years to come. We are the only work with Heartland. They do what they said they would. Excellent customer service.

Purchasing an older home was a bit scary. Especially with an old HVAC unit. With 24 hour emergency service, Heartland always watches out for us. Joining the family plan has been amazing as well. Twice a year maintenance and 15% discount on repairs is so helpful in taking that off my to do list. Harley is patient and hardworking and always doing the best for our family. Thank you Heartland and Harley for superior and professional repairs and maintenance.

They were quick to respond to our need for a heating system repair and they got us up and running in just a few minutes. I learned the value of regular maintenance (other than changing the filter every 60-90 days), so I signed up for the HQ Care Plan. Houston came back out and did a full system check and cleaning. He did a great job for us. I highly recommend them.

Woke up yesterday morning and realized our air conditioner had stopped working. Called Heartland and by 11:00 that morning a technician was at our house. Kyle was great and discovered we needed a new dual capacitor, which he quickly repaired. He checked out system, including freon, and everything else checked out great. Very quick, professional, and honest. He could have told us anything and given us a whole list of things that needed to be fixed. Instead he was professional and repaired our unit quickly and at a fair price. I would highly recommend Heartland. They are a local business (which I always prefer supporting) and are great at what they do.

Our water heater went out the previous afternoon, and Heartland Quality was able to get me on the schedule the next morning. Dustin was our tech, very professional, and did an excellent job of installing the new water heater. He stayed to make sure all systems were running properly and took time to go over the installation process and the water heater. Highly recommend Heartland Quality.

The Heartland team is amazing. We had them replace our furnace and AC units. I am particularly sensitive to mechanical vibrations. They were kind enough to come out several times to mitigate the issue. I really appreciate all the time and effort they put in on my behalf. Reasonably priced and great service. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks Heartland.

Poor customer service and technician craftsmanship. Put the cover back on but left the screws out of it. Charged me to clean the coils and you could see where he did it with the cover on and all the corners packed with dust and now thick dry mud. Stomped all over the insulation on the pipe leaving big chunks missing. I don’t even think he checked the drain line or added but a pound of Freon and charged me for 3. Used maybe 10 times and it condensated so bad it entered the basement soaking the floors and now it is low on Freon again. This property sits most of the year and gets used very little. Just sad the way businesses are run nowadays and nobody has any pride in their work. Oh ya, they offered to come out today so they must be real busy but wanted 79.99 just to show up and rejoin our mvp program just like I did last time and got some quality work obviously and then followed up with some of the best customer service around!

Very satisfied with the excellent customer service from Heartland Quality! My husband and I needed a new water heater and called to set up to have this done. Everything was handled in a professional and prompt manner. Brett came out and installed it and was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficiently installed the new unit. We are so happy we called them and would HIGHLY recommend them!!

Heartland Quality installed a mini-split heating and cooling system in a patio room for us. Tom did a great job of finding the unit that would fit our needs and available wall space. His communication was timely, helpful and he found us a rebate from Evergy. Dustin and Josh did the install and it looks great on the inside and out. They were friendly and also communicated well. When they went to power up the units, they discovered that our electrician had made a mistake and we did not have enough power. They both remained on the job and waited for our electrician to come out, diagnose, get materials and fix the issue. They were then able to complete the install so that we would have it done same day instead of having to call them back out at a later date. They could have ended their day much sooner than they did. The customer service was truly appreciated!

Had an awesome experience with the installation of a new air conditioner. Got a fair deal and they were able to get me on the schedule fast. On the day of install, Josh and Chase arrived right on time and did great work. They were very helpful, went above and beyond with some things that needed to be taken care of, and cleaned everything up well. They made sure everything was explained thoroughly. Great work.

Brett Kelly was our service technician and I can't say enough about the thoughtful and thorough job he did for us today. Our air conditioner went out in the morning and by 2 pm Heartland already had someone out to our home. Brett analyzed our unit and determined the issue, made the repair and installed a new thermostat all in a very timely manner. I feel that Heartland's prices are very fair considering the last minute need we had. I even signed us up for their yearly maintenance program. That's how confident I am that I will be taken care of by this company.

He was very sincere and honest in his recommendations. We ended up buying a new furnace and ac. Tom came out and showed us the option for our place and was great fun to visit with. Everything went smooth and we had our new units installed in about a week. They even offered portable units to help us out till the install. Met the owner the day of the install. Highly recommend Heartland after working with Tom on our HVAC upgrade. While they may not have been the "cheapest" option out of all my options, I could tell the knowledge and honesty was there. He worked with me multiple times to change the bid and work on getting exactly what worked best for us. Installation with Scott and Josh was super smooth. Overall, great experience with Heartland. Keep up the great customer service.
