Hales were the only ones who would come on the same day when we had no AC in our facility. They was prompt and fast. Worker were pleasant even though I know they were swamped! Thank you Hales. Job well done!

Was holding up traffic, when we passed him he got mad, speed up in front of us braked checked us and proceeded to try and hit us. Then exited and told us we were #1

We had a new furnace installed, along with a whole house humidifier. Service was great and the new equipment was explained in full... twice (once for me and once for my husband). I would recommend and will continue to call to have our new furnace serviced annually.

MAY 29, 2013 we paid $779 to Brad Ingram for a used AC unit with 90 day warranty. Long story short, this unit leaked from day one. They came back several times to charge the unit. They told us they would find another unit and "make this right", which we believed to be true. I am used to dealing with reputable vendors which obviously this company is not. Last time we spoke with Brad Ingram he said
" we will see you in court". We have since had to contact an attorney which is unfortunate. OCT 16.2013 still not resolved. I will be posting this anywhere that I can to warn people. 5/2014 Agreed to pay 1/2 by end of June and the balance end of July. 7/9/2014 no money. They do know who this is.

Brad Ingram has always been very responsive to our requests for electrical work, while providing high quality/professional service. Any questions we have (which is usually a lot), he is always willing to explain what is going on. We would highly recommend Brad's company for any electrical work that is needed.

We've been using Ingram services for over five years now, and I can say they have always done an excellent job for us each time. Recently we had a capacitor (small part about the size of a soda can) go out on our AC unit. They were quick to respond, diagnosed the issue in a few minutes, and replaced the part on the spot. The part was fully covered under our warranty with them. Easy, fast, and done. That's the kind of service you always hope for.

Brad Ingram has always been quick to respond to any call for repair we have needed on our furnace or electrical work. Phone messages are returned within 24 hours. Many times, Brad was here within a few hours to make sure the air or heat was working, which is really appreciated. Brad is a master electrician. We were amazed how quickly he troubleshot our electrical issue and repair charge was within our budget. He has had to return multiple times for furnace repair, which is not his fault. The new, energy-efficient furnace we purchased had defects. Brad repaired/replaced all parts and we incurred no additional charges because of our extended warranty. I think we would purchase a lower-efficiency, more stable unit in the future. I was surprised to see low ratings for him. Not our experience at all.
