I can say the is honestly the best company I have worked with! The guys are super nice and knowledgeable. I don’t worry at all if I will be taken care of or if my problem will be fixed. Definitely recommend if you are looking for honest pricing and people!

I had another company come out to check my non running a/c, the guy was out there ten minutes and told me
the whole thing was shot and would cost $15-20k just to replace the outside unit. His boss then called me trying to pressure me into signing up and they could install it today. It was rushed and scripted and hinky as hell. I told them I was getting a second opinion, this actually got them angry and I wound up kicking them off my property.
Called Bob at Real Geo Thermal (I originally thought he had retired) he came out the same day, replaced a part that a mouse had shorted out and had the a/c running in 20 minutes. Total charge $180.
This was two years ago now and the same unit is still working well keeping a 5k sq ft house at 70 degrees without a single issue.
Heads up, the company I called first used to be a local mom & pop. Not anymore, they sold to a national chain but kept the name. I shouldn't say their name but their initials are C. M. M*** & Son.

Geo thermal equipment is truly one of the most cost efficient types of equipment to have in your home or businesses today. When installed properly and cheaper to maintain.
I know I have had both geo thermal and regular heat and air units.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. I had a nightmare situation between my pipes freezing, bursting and the workers having to fix the poor repairs and work done prior by another company. They literally had to redo all the pipes in the crawl space because water was backing up in my kitchen sink from the washer and dishwasher. The workers were very punctual, honest and did a fantastic job in the home. They were easy to work with. I will call them back in a heartbeat if any work is needed, but I highly doubt that’ll be the case. Thank you all again! Thank you, Bob!

Bob came out and diagnosed a failed unit on my house. He took time and talked over options and prices, working about two weeks he had a 5 ton geothermal system installed and running in our house! Can’t say enough good things about how quick him and his team moved, all while staying on budget. Thank you to Bob and his team!

Bob has been a great hvac contractor to work with over the years. He helped keep an older geothermal system running for me and then installed my new system one night in the dead of winter so I didn’t have to go without heat one more night. Very knowledgeable and happy to help me understand how he is fixing whatever problem I have had.

Bob responded very quickly, provided an honest assessment and a reasonable estimate for the needed work. When Bob and his crew performed the service, they were professional, courteous, honest, responsive, and did excellent work. He has done work for us on many occasions and has provided the same excellent standard of service every time. I highly recommend Bob!

Colvin’s was fantastic! Our A/C stopped blowing cold air and they were able to come check out this issue within a few hours. Our A/C is now working fabulously, they helped us save money, and everyone was very friendly and professional! I would 100% recommend them!

Called and explained my a/c unit had stopped working,,wanted an estimate to replace it,,maybe my mistake was saying I reside in a mobile home but for what ever reason Bob Mills never called back..Called another heating/cooling man and he came out the next day...

Appreciate everything the staff did. Service was prompt and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the situation within an hour and took time to show me the situation and explain how he was going to resolve it. Repair cost was very reasonable. Will be calling these guys again in the future whenever I need a repair/service.

Extremely knowledgeable of their trade; prompt and excellent service. Saved me hundreds of dollars by only replacing the faulty components without trying to sell me on changing out the whole unit. Have dealt with several HVAC companies over the years for commercial and residential repairs and this is one of the best.

Bob Mills did excellent work, very quick on site work and quick to respond once I placed the call. I feel the price charged was fair as well. I had heard the other guys (C@*ate C#$trol) charge 90$ just to show up and it wouldnt apply toward the actual repair. Bob didnt bill me for anything but the repair. ... I wouldnt blink twice about calling him for future issues!! 3 for 3, thanks Bob.

We highly recommend Bob Mills! It is so refreshing to come across a gentleman who is so hard working and so honest! I chose him because of his excellent reviews and am so happy that I did! He first came out at midnight on the very night I called him. He got our a/c unit up and running temporarily which got us through the bad heat spell. He then came out and replaced our A-Coil and now our a/c unit is working great. The final cost for both service calls, Freon, parts and labor was under the cost of what it would have cost us with another company for just one service call during normal business hours to repair our unit! We can't say enough about Bob's honesty and work ethic and will recommend him to all of our family, neighbors, friends and coworkers! He is quite simply the best!

I want to commend Bob Mills for doing an outstanding job fixing my furnace. I called at about 745 am and Bob himself called me back at 8 am to see what I needed fixed. He came to my house right at 9 am when I asked him to and had diagnosed the issue on my furnace within 1 minute. It was an inducer motor. He said he would get the part and be back by mid day. Right at 1230, he rang my doorbell. He came down, installed the part and it was completed by 1 pm. I have heat! The price was fair and his service was excellent. He is a very friendly guy and was vested in helping me get my furnace back on track! I want to thank him for his excellent customer facing service and I would recommend him to anyone in the KC area.

Bob Mills did an excellent and efficient job repairing our a/c when it stopped blowing cold air on a very hot day. He even got it repaired the same day I called! He called before coming over and had a friendly and helpful woman assistant. They were both very mindful of not walking through the house if they could avoid it although I didn't mind.
The job was diagnosed and fixed in the matter of hours and they even had to run and get a part. He was also very reasonably priced. I recommend his services to anyone needing a/c or heating work.
