I would and will recommend this company to anyone. Very professional, knowledgeable, fair, and prompt. I shopped around for weeks and was actually referred to them by a gentleman who was retired from industry as one of the top 3 in the KC area. They put more guys on my job to accommodate my work schedule and not only that but got me thru a very hot week in Aug by lending me 2 portable air conditioners while I was still shopping around! I hadn't even committed to them yet. Sal and his team got me an outstanding system for thousands cheaper then the competition and installed it rite without cutting corners as many do, using existing wiring and piping. Everything was replaced. Looking forward to many years of peace of mind with this system and seeing how much it will save on utilities. Thanks again Air Unlimited

We used Air Unlimited for our new HVAC two years ago. Great customer service and everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable and kind. We do have the system inspections regularly and they always answer any questions I may have. Could not recommend more!!

I've had to call out Air Unlimited twice now, once in Feb 2025 and again this year for separate issues. Kollin came out both times and he was wonderful to work with both times and extremely professional and helpful. Kollin didn't have the part needed but called and was able to get it quickly and fixed my heat in about 2 hours from the time he originally showed up. Kollin takes the time to explain everything and his recommendations without trying to upsell. I will continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs in the future.

Sal came in last minute even without a membership plan when my furnace went out in the middle of the night. Sal came out and told me it was going to cost $1800.00 for parts so I waited for parts to come in on the coldest part of winter and those parts was not the issue! The furnace did the exact same again after he installed the 1800.00 parts that next day! He came back out the following day and fixed the issue and called it a courtesy Call. Now I'm stuck with a bill I should not have gotten and with the company that I bought a membership plan with.

Let me say without a doubt best hvac company I have ever called on. Our AC was not cooling and I knew it was low on freon. I also planned on updating our hvac in our home sinces it is 30 yrs old now. I called another company climate control and they wanted a huge amount for a hvac system that I knew did not cost that high. They also wanted $2000 just to trouble shoot and find out where the leak was mind you not fix it. Called Air and Blake came out looked at our unit and already knew where the leak came from.

They had a recall for the coil 2017 and I was already passed the window of the recall period. The coil it self cost like $2000 and I was like climate control wanted that just to find the leak. Blake was honest upfront and told us how much it will cost and right then and there I knew I wanted a hvac with this company. The owner Sal handles the sales and I have nothing great things to say about this man. No pressure sales and he gave us options and his best unit was already half what climate was offering pretty much same sysytem specs.

Installation they had a crew of 3 and even tho they are as old as my oldest son these men did a amazing job. I can tell they take pride at their craft and it shows in the install. I didn't see no half ass measure or corners cut. The wires, pipes, and everything else was neatly tied, cut, or neatly placed. Blake and his crew did amazing that the way they installed the system looks like artwork. I honeatly didn't know if I should take a picture and frame it up on the wall. I had a drink for about 15 mins while looking at the finished work thinking to myself like the old king of the hill show saying to myself..."YUP"..

This is a small company, but they have a ton of heart. Sal has a very very good group of techs in his company and is very blessed to have each and everyone. My neighbor next door had AC failed and they took the time after us and took care of them. I thank you all and will be passing the word around to friends and family.

We had our A/C and furnace replaced in 1 day! Our A/c went out on a Friday, the technician came out an hour after I called for an appointment. Blake was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and immediately changed out the motor to try and get our air conditioner to try and work again.He explained all of our options and even set up a time for us to meet with the owner for options on a new unit versus replacement parts. I’m very impressed and satisfied with this company as they are more about Customer service than anything else.

Air Unlimited Heating and Cooling is wonderful! Last Saturday late in the day, during the cold snap, my thermostat screen went blank and my furnace was blowing cold air. That was my own fault as I forgot to change my air filter over time. I learned the hard way as the saying goes. I put a call in to Air Unlimited that evening and the very nice customer service rep (I think her name is Michelle) took down all my info precisely. She said the earliest that a tech could come to my home was the following Monday morning. I understood and was fine with that as I could imagine they were probably inundated with other calls too, especially that it was so cold outside. I just bundled up inside my home until the tech(s) arrived that Monday morning. Collin and Blake both arrived Monday morning and they were even early! 👍😊 They were so kind, professional, courteous, thorough and honest. They left no stone unturned. They restored my thermostat screen and got my furnace working again and my home back to a comfortable temperature. After my discussion with Collin I signed up with their affordably priced annual maintenance plan for both my furnace and A/C. That gives me peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend Air Unlimited Heating and Cooling to anyone and everyone! Top notch reliable and honest company! 👍😉

Everything was great with the install of my heat pump, furnace, ac, & thermostat. Air Unlimited described the options in detail, the pros/cons of each option, and communicated thoroughly throughout the process. When the systems were installed, they walked me through everything after and did an amazing job at cleanup. Pricing was fair and very competitive. I’d highly recommend Air Unlimited for all HVAC service needs.
