Josh came by for this year's winter service and we couldn't have asked for more! He gave us a reminder call and was right on time! He was friendly, likeable, professional, quite thorough, had answers for all our questions, gave us money and energy saving suggestions, was proactive in checking out safety issues like exhaust pipes for blockages (even the same for our clothes dryer!) and made certain we felt welcome to reach out to him or anyone else at Hale's at anytime before our Pre-Summer A/C Service!!! SIMPLY THE BEST...

After each service check in the spring or fall, I continue to be thankful we were referred to Hale’s Heating and Cooling. They are dependable, reasonably priced and have excellent technicians—including Josh who truly knows his professional field well.

Hale’s heating and cooling came to service all of our units. They were thorough, prompt and honest. We signed up for maintenance with them and they are awesome. Drew did an excellent job!!

Josh was a great technician! So pleased with his work and time. He was very respectful and helpful in getting our AC running. We had A DIFFERENT company come out and they didn’t even entertain the idea of fixing it- just pushing to replacing it before they’d even come in the house to asses the situation. Todd and Riley were great, very friendly, professional and got the work done quickly. I had a furnace that needed to be replaced and the entire process was smooth.

The whole process was great. We had a whole new heat pump and furnace put in. Todd and Troy were awesome. They were able to remove the old equipment and bring in the new without any issues or marks on the walls and floors. The process was easy, I was given info for operating the equipment and off they went. Heating and cooling issues suck and are always expensive. The group at Hales made it suck less and they were very competitive compared to their competitors. Its the dead of summer and my system stays at 69 regardless of how hot it is outside and that is a first for me and houses i have lived in.

I will be a returning customer and will recommend them to family and friends.

Todd and Justin were great. Prompt and and very communicative throughout the install. A few punch list items that I would have liked to seen done, but it was getting late into the evening and I’m sure they were ready to be home. Would definately recommend!

Drew got our furnace up and running again. He is very professional and is knowledgeable on the system. He provided me with info on options for future repairs if needed. Good job Drew and thank you!

Sales guys do a great job selling, but the techs are awful. They installed a new furnace but the techs wired the furnace incorrectly and they tried to tell me that my thermostat was broken and left... I called the manager the next day and he fixed their mistake, but sure didn't leave me a good impression... a year later I called to do a service on the furnace and water heater, the guy came, was unable to do the service on the water heater and didn't perform the service on the furnace either and left... again waste of my time to take time off to be here to wait for the guy... I won't be calling them again... unfortunate

My heat pump wasn't defrosting. Seems the after-market board was either not programmed properly or the defrost cycle was set too long. Josh was thorough and inspected the heat pump. Josh dropped it to ever 30 mins. He and Chris are good HVAC dudes. Highly recommend.

Good work and great Carrier products. We are very pleased with our new furnace and straightforward process that allowed us to obtain it. The installers were friendly and wanted to do a good job

My wife and I were threatened by one of their employees today. Swerved in front of me on the highway, hit the brakes to almost cause an accident, then changed 3 lanes and almost caused further accidents when he remembered his company name and license plate was visible. If these guys will road-rage for no reason and threaten everyone around them I would not trust them around women or children unsupervised. These employees and this business needs to be shut down. Imagine a heating and ac company that doesn’t find a problem that needs fixing every time they come out. Welcome to a new reality. What a great relief. Josh was great. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He communicated well and asked the appropriate questions. Highly recommended.
