Josh was fantastic! He came and did inspection/maintenance work under the HVAC maintenance plan we have with Hale and did a very thorough job! He educated me on what they look for and the work he did. He was also helpful in answering the million questions I had. Friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t push anything on me that I didn’t need! If all their technicians are like Josh, going with Hale is a no brainer

Out of the 3 HVAC companies I called to come evaluate our mini-split, only Drew took the time to actually perform diagnostics, open up the system, and try and get to the root of the problem. The other two places sort of shrugged their shoulders and just recommended replacing our entire system.

Drew was awesome. Very impressed with his level of professionalism, diligence, and appreciated his friendliness. Hale’s is top of our list now for HVAC services.

He was great. That’s why I use Hale’s. He was very nice, fixed my problems and told me I shouldn’t need me to keep having to add Freon every year that I had to do thanks to a previous company. He was on time and fixed me within the time I had slotted. I will continue to use Hale’s due to the excellent care. He earned my respect. The gentleman I think his name was Josh!!?? Hales was very responsive and professional. Upon entering my home they put on cloth covers on their shoes without me asking. They looked at my issue with my HVAC and knew exactly what was the problem and how to fix the problem. They gave me an estimated cost that I believe is acceptable. Gary Taylor and Josh at Hales were very polite, professional and knowledgeable.

Left a msg after hours last night, got a call at 7am and Josh was here b4 10 this morning. Had it fixed and done under a hour then spent a little extra time walking me thru ways to make my system more effective (different filter, cleaning more often). Even helped me reconfigure my digital thermostat. Super professional, highly recommend.

Josh came out to repair a leak where they had tapped into a water line. He was very courteous and professional while he was here.

Hale’s staff and technicians have always been an easy choice for my heating and cooling needs. Twice a year they come and inspect my homes equipment, keeping us cool in the summer, and comfortable in the winter. I would recommend them. Their prices are reasonable as well.

Tony Franco was our technician, he was OUTSTANDING - very professional, took time to explain the repair he was performing, found a couple other minor issues that he explained and repaired, and even carried in an Amazon package that was at our front door. GREAT service! Got the job done. We will definitely call for future service needs and will be asking for Tony - Thank you Tony and Hale's!!!

I appreciate Drew’s professionalism. He arrived at the time he gave us. He removed his shoes (we have new carpet!) and went right to work. He was thorough and took time to explain what he was doing. He was pleasant and we enjoyed talking to him. As an aside, before he left he saw me trying to take a measurement… he jumped in to help by holding the tape measure! Totally cool! Hale’s Heating and Cooling is my go to company. They show up on time and have great prices. Plus they will try to fix what’s needed rather than pressure you to buy a new system.
