I had a new AC unit installed by another company and it wasn't working properly, so I called Air Unlimited and Colin came out and discovered many issues and things that had been improperly done. He explained everything to me very clearly and was very thorough. I'm having him come out again tomorrow to make the necessary adjustments and repairs. I wish I would've known about this company before because I would definitely have purchased my unit from them. I highly recommend them.

Kollin came to do fall service, we have VIP package, twice a year cleaning AC then Furnace, we had an issue with igniting. Kollin cleaned everything, explained everything he found, gave recommendations, and we’re set for next 6-months. A must service that curtails issues, highly recommend and highly recommend this company! Veteran approved.

Blake was very professional. He worked around my schedule. He explained everything he was doing and even quoted prices before service. He was thorough with his inspection and wanted to make sure I knew of any other concerns that could possibly arise in the future. He did not try to pressure me into added expenses. He fixed what was necessary and reassured me he would be more than happy to come back if any other issues arise.

Air Unlimited is the best. They did a wonderful job of replacing our 32 year old system. They had to make modifications to the furnace plenum because the new furnace and a-coil were quite different from the old ones. They had to move the humidifier also. Looks great, very professional. You can’t go wrong with Air Unlimited!

Tech was on time and did a great job. This was a routine check of a system installed by Air Unlimited Heating and Cooling. They take good care of the system and their customers.

Blake came out to perform my routine heating inspection and maintenance on my heating system. They are so professional and straight forward and experts at what they do. Did I mention honest too? Yes they are!

Leaking hot water heater. Collin explained everything that they will do to replace it and what I can expect from the new system. He was a very knowledgeable and courteous young man. The service was great. Blake was wonderful and took charge calling the manufacturer, getting parts ordered, and then returned to install. The water heater has been functioning without issue since. I would definitely call them again.

Our Furnace went out on the Friday at 5pm for the snow storm. After figuring out somewhat the issue I put a service request in for Emergency Service as it was 0 degrees outside around 11pm. The On call Receptionist said they couldn't get there until Monday - I understood but was needing a faster solution. Sal (the owner) texted me back at Midnight and said he would be there at 8am in the Morning if I was there. He was very knowledgable and reliable. I would recommend his company to anyone. Each experience (this one being the most important) has been a pleasure and I'm sure his entire staff was working that Saturday to get everyone who phoned in up and running on the weekend. Thank you Air Unlimited!

The technicians communication was great! I work from home and had many calls I needed to be on. He communicated what time he would arrive & was here at that time. I told him where to enter house, how to access the heater. He came in checked everything and I was able to continue working uninterrupted.
