Yesterday Air Unlimited installed a new furnace and AC unit at our home. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience we have had. Between the personal attention we received from the owner, Sal, to the courtesy and professionalism of his crew who performed the install, I don’t know if the experience could have been better. The craftsmanship and attention to detail of the install to the time that was taken in explaining the new system to me was top notch. Very impressed and I look forward to having AU back anytime I need them.

Sal, the owner, is hands on to ensure the customer receives the best care and attention to the HVAC and Water Heater replacement - Sal goes out and beyond your expectations with the details of the project, explains the how and whys before and after the work is completed. Additionally, Sal and his crew will take as much time needed to ask questions and go over the installed equipment so you understand what you are getting (before and after install). It is very clear they care about which products they install and their workmanship. I would not hesitate to call them and recommend this company hands down.

Air Unlimited Heating and Cooling was a pleasure to work with. Our technician, Koltin, was extremely helpful in explaining the state of our AC unit, expressed himself candidly, and got us back to cooling our room pretty quickly. Pricing was fair and competitive. I highly recommend this company. They came out on a Saturday to fix our AC. We were given a time frame of 4-6 and the tech came at 4 pm. In less than 30 minutes he had us up a running. Our tech Koltin was friendly and respectful. I would call on them again.

Sal and his company have been nothing but exceptional from the first day Sal came by to provide me options on replacing my AC and furnace to the completion of the install and vent cleaning. They were prompt to get the unit installed before the new year (which saved me money on rebates), did a great job with the install, his technicians were very polite and all did a great job. When they ran into an issue with the equipment, Sal took it upon himself after hours to come to my house to address the issue. Our heat pump stopped cooling on an extremely hot evening, of course, resulting in an uncomfortable night. Our call to the first company resulted in a quick response telling us we had a leak somewhere, had lost all of the expensive coolant, and they would follow up with a quote. By midafternoon we had heard nothing and at our son’s suggestion decided to call Air Unlimited. Kollin was here within an hour, thoroughly checked our system, found the leak, diagnosed the additional problems and gave us a quote to repair it right away. Since our unit was 20 years old and the cost to repair was significant, he offered to call Sal to give us options, which he did by late afternoon. Sal was detailed and professional without pressure to help us make a decision. We decided on a new AC which Kollin and Nikolas started installing by 8:30 the next morning. They have since followed up with an adjustment to the new thermostat, and we are again pleased with their timely response, good communication and attention to detail.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Hadn't had my system serviced in a long while and decided to go with Air Unlimited due to the fantastic customer service I had the first time I called them. I was not disappointed. The tech was thorough and answered all questions I had, even my repeat questions. 😄 He took care of the system, gave it a good cleaning, taped up air leaks that I didn't know I had, and talked over a few issues that he suggested I be mindful of. No pressuring or anything. He assured me that my system is running fine, but there were some things that would eventually need to be addressed due to the age of my system. I'm quite happy with Air Unlimited and would (and have) recommended them to friends.
