Very knowledgeable and kind service technician. Walked through and explained many of the things having to do with my furnace and how it runs. Made me feel comfortable with all the information I was given, and the different routes I could take to fix the issue.

My fall check up was successful. The technician was very professional and checked everything out and then went over it all with me. Since this was the first time I had to deal with this was very happy he was so helpful.

I had my hot water heater flushed which is included in my hvac maintenance agreement. My water heater is in good shape, he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I'm happy I can count on them to be honest.

Seth was amazing. He fixed my issue right away and was very helpful. He explained everything and I felt the pricing was fair.

Kyle was awesome. We would give him a 5 star ⭐️ rating if we could. Loved how he explained everything to us. When we had questions he answered them truthfully. He left us a couple of spaces heater’s so we wouldn’t freeze and he set them up. He spent a lot of time with us. Thanks to all that were involved in getting Kyle to us so quickly.
We are going to have a brand new furnace and air conditioning unit. That’s going to lower our utilities bills.

I can’t say enough great things about Climate Control! Nathan Dowdy was absolutely amazing — so professional, kind, and patient. He explained everything clearly and took his time to make sure both my heater and AC unit were checked thoroughly. He was only scheduled to look at my heater, but when I asked about my AC, he didn’t hesitate and said, “No problem!” That level of service really stood out to me.

I actually heard about Climate Control from Emily Arrocha at a Liberty Chamber event, and I’m so glad I took her advice. She was so sweet and helped me understand how to get on their schedule before winter hits. I also worked with Andrew Peterson, who was fantastic in helping me explore options for a new system.

From start to finish, everyone I’ve spoken with has been wonderful. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care for customers are top-notch. I’m truly impressed and will be recommending Climate Control to all my friends and neighbors!

Our serviceman was great. Our furnace is still under warranty. He came out first thing this morning. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. Friendly, courteous,very efficient. Really good service.

I was pet sitting when the furnace stopped working on the Saturday that had 5 inches of snow and temperatures that were in the negative numbers. I called this company expecting to have a long wait and a large emergency fee. I was told I was next in line which pleasantly surprised me. Josh Smith was at the house within an hour and a half. He fixed the issue fast. The service call fee was $80 plus parts and service. No extra fees for the bad weather or emergency. The pets and I were pleased as were the homeowners. I highly recommend this company.

Jody and Jared arrived and replaced 2 toilets. They were extremely professional and kept a very clean workspace. They tested and ensured functionality before leaving. Highly recommend.

Great service. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The first technician who came out to the house was Eli. He was a wonderful gentleman. Very and very knowledgeable in his field. Eli caught mistakes on my A/C unit that should have been addressed by the company that previously installed it. He put the settings right. Fixed my problem. I had frog sounds coming from my unit. He fixed, adjusted, and installed a gizmo on my unit. Will recommend Eli and this company in the future.
The second technician, Jaret Z, came a week later to install vent covers downstairs. Another wonderful gentleman. Very kind and helpful. I like this company. Where others failed, this company stood out. Outstanding service from beginning to end. Thank you.

What I liked most is that I was able to schedule an appointment on the weekend and not have to take off work. Person who showed up explained what he was doing and asking if I had any questions. All questions were answered and he didn't seem to be bothered by that!! He also asked if I wanted him to check anything else!

HVAC system tune up & capacitor replacement. Mason was a very personable technician. Outgoing and explained everything fully. He even vacuumed all of the area near my furnace. I was comfortable having him in my home as he exuded professionalism. I will be keeping his info handy for any other hvac need.

Josh was very timely and it was clear he knew his stuff. He was kind to our family and our animals. But most importantly he was very quick to diagnose and repair our furnace. I recommend Climate Control or anyone who wants a good honest service call.

Josh and Kirk did a great job installing our zoning system to help get more a/c to our upstairs bedrooms. Kirk took us into the basement and explained how everything works. Then he went from room to room checking the air flow and explaining how the thermostat works. He even called back a couple days later to see how it was working. When we told him one room didn’t seem to be cooling as well, Josh came to the house within 30 minutes, went into the attic, and found an issue that he fixed quickly. We are so pleased with Hale’s. From the installation of our new system a couple years ago, to the twice a year checks, to this latest improvement. Great company with great people!

Josh was very professional and very pleasant to work with. I especially appreciated that he told us about the monthly payment plan. We decided to use the payment plan rather than pay in one lump sum. We are very happy with the service we are receiving from Hale's.

Buddy man came in there and took care of me. He was extremely knowledgeable, and kind.

Not that he talked me into it, but I did sign up for the annual maintenance. He’s one of those people that I would trust. Not only did he do the job well, but he educated me how to maintain until he came back.

Scott Hendricks serviced our A/C this AM. Besides servicing the technical aspect of our unit, he went out of his way to thoroughly clean it. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about his service. In addition to his work here, I signed up for additional warranty years with a program he presented. Take a look at it. I think it’s a good deal. Hale’s is great company to work with.

Scott came to our home, found the problem and saved us over a thousand dollars the other company was telling us it would cost. He was very informative about our system and gave genuine advice on what maintenance we should perform soon. Extremely happy with his professionalism, his promptness and his advice. Would highly recommend Hales and Scott!

Very friendly and professional. Had my AC up and running in no time. Thoroughly explained everything without talking down to me (A huge plus) and presented options. Also told me things to watch for that might indicate something else is going bad that needs urgent attention in my rather old HVAC system.

Kodis to whom ever decided to include this feature: The appointment tool texts and emails you a PICTURE of the person coming to work on your system. That is such a an awesome and thoughtful feature, especially for a single mom.

In 2023 we had a new AC and Furnace installed by Hales. Sales portion went great. The experience after that - hasn't been as great. The install was done incorrectly, a couple visits after that it seemed to be going well. Last year, it didn't cool as well - but worked well enough. This year, we went to turn things on and it wouldn't cool at all.

Hales wasn't able to come out for a month or so for maintenance, it's a busy time of year I get it .. so we called another company to take a look. 2 minutes into the visit, they found a small leak that's been leaking freon since the unit was probably installed.

The 1 year warranty had been breached - and I was told "well, you didn't call last year" .. so we ended up just calling the other company back and 5lbs of Freon later we're good to go and cooling again.

We've used Hales at multiple properties, referred friends for maintenance and new installs, and promoted in our neighborhood - but after the check I just wrote to fix something they never completely fixed 2 years ago .. never again.
