Kindest, most compassionate company I’ve ever had to pleasure of encountering! Stop hunting, these are the people you want to pick because you’ll know that you’re being treated like family, getting honesty, and not being taken advantage of like many competitors.

They fixed me right up in a jiffy! I called last minute when my furnace wasn't working. Shaun came out within an hour, was professional, friendly, and efficient. Super service! 10/10 would recommend. Great local family owned business.

First they come to our neighborhood without notifying anyone our street would be closed, and then they destroyed our AT&T Fiber Optic line causing a neighborhood outage that currently has at least 8 homes without internet for the next 36-48 hours according to AT&T since they started digging without properly checking, and marking utility lines. Now I’m unable to access the vital mental health care services I need as a Disabled Veteran. This is completely unacceptable, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you don’t want yours, and your neighbors lives interrupted by the complete disregard of homeowners by this company. The owner should personally apologize to the home owners, and reimburse everyone affected by this recklessness that has disrupted our lives while their employees can go home unaffected by their carelessness.

It's rare to find a company that truly cares about their customers the way Liberty does. Their service was efficient, and the results were excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and friendly HVAC service!

I have exclusively used this company since the first house I purchased back in 2009. Since then, I've had a complete cooling system replaced as well as a 40 gallon water heater, both were done with excellence. Highly recommended!

We love Climate Control Services! We have had a contract for maintenance on our heater/air conditioning unit. Recently we had our air conditioner serviced and Micah Minson was very informative on the entire process. He was great in showing me pictures and fully explaining the service/repair being completed. Thanks Micah!

Micah was so friendly and helpful. Got everything put back together and was about to leave when I changed my mind about a service. He unloaded everything and got back to work. Great service.

So glad I called to get my HVAC checked! It's a newer unit with UV and a wild filter I haven't seen before. Plus the prior owners never changed out anything from the install a few years ago. Seth the tech was thorough, detailed, quick, and honest with what was going on and got it going much better than I was expecting. I had a ton of dust built up on the filter and on the fan - he got it cleaned up and working better super fast. Give that man a raise, Climate Control! And definitely give them a call if you need something done AND done right. I'll ask for Seth again for my next appointment if he's not booked up already for sure. Thanks again!

Mason Rye came and did the routine preventative maintenance check on my system. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Every question I had about other services and products were answered, including pricing, to my satisfaction. Climate Control should be thankful they have him as a technician!

I have used Climate control for years for both purchases and service and have never been disappointed. From initial calls to Shannon, the dispatcher and receptionist to our most recent technician Seth. We have been so impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. I highly recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs!

I’m happy to have the maintenance plan with Climate Control. They flushed my hot water heater and gave my furnace a tuneup for the winter as promised in their monthly membership. They are a very professional company.

We have now setup two maintenance appointments and have not received service nor even a call within the 4 hour window to let us know you’re not coming. You sell the comfort care product and then you don’t provide the service. Very disappointed customer with the maintenance plan.

Eric was really nice and took time to talk me through what might be needed to keep my water heater running at 50-75 psi instead of the 125 psi it's running at now.

You didn’t fulfill your end of the bargain. I scheduled over a week ago for you to come out and service my furnace. You text me three days out you’ll be here the morning for you to show, you canceled me because there’s other more important clients… Obviously you don’t need My business!

Brayden came out on 7.5 to check our ac. Fan running but not cooling; temp going up not down. He quickly determined what problem was but checked everything thoroughly and quickly to be sure. He didn't try to tell us the system was getting older and say it needed replacement or freon which both are expensive. Instead he replaced a capacitor and said it would last a few years more. We were expecting the worst. Usually its a matter of replacing for multi dollars not fix the problem. I'll ask for Brayden next time. Found a good one.

Had HVAC tune-up. Micah was superb in recognizing serious flaws in existing system, and recommended proper system for replacement.

I chose Climate Control for my heating and cooling system that was over 20 years old. They sent an agent, Nathan, out to do a 12 point check for my system who gave me a very honest appraisal of my system . He did not pressure me into making a decision to purchase a new system but told me that the system I had would probably not last much longer . We looked at the various plans and I decided to purchase a new system the next day . Everyone was very professional and helpful and I would recommend Climate Control highly.

Charlie and Eli are awesome to work with! You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about their customers. Highly recommend these guys — you won’t be disappointed!
