We had a plumbing issue over the weekend and fortunately I knew how to shut off the water to the kitchen sink until I could get a plumber over to fix it.

I scheduled the appointment on Sunday evening online and got a 10-12 timeframe the next day.

Eric and Vince were a great team diagnosing the problem and determined the best fix was to replace both of our shut off valves. They did that and reconnected the faucet and we were all set.

I’ve had fantastic service from Climate Control for HVAC work in the past but this was our first time using them for a plumbing job. I like that they’re local to Liberty and have been well established in town for many years. A company I can trust!

I called Climate Control out to service a AC unit that was given us trouble. It took only 10 minutes for the problem to get diagnosed. Mason Rye our technician was polite and extremely knowledgeable. Great experience with Climate Control and Mason Rye. Highly Recommend!!

Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and professional. They do the job well, and when they make service suggestions it’s always clear if they are things that need to be done immediately, next scheduled maintenance call, or some other specified time.

Micah was extremely knowledgeable and explained very clearly everything he found rhat needed to be serviced and what needed to be done. Repairs were made timely he went over everything a second time to make sure I understood the fixes.
He was very personable and easy to work with and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Exceptional Service from Mason Rye

Mason Rye from Climate Control Heating and Cooling went above and beyond. He called before operating hours (even waking me from a restless sleep!) and was incredibly patient and kind as I got my bearings. He arrived shortly after the call and immediately put me at ease.

Mason thanked me for taking a picture of the frozen piston, then explained what it meant in the bigger picture. He used diagnostic tools and walked me through the issue—pointing out the unmistakable crackling sound of a refrigerant leak in the A-coil. As a teacher, I love understanding how things work, and Mason instinctively taught as he worked, expanding my knowledge without me even asking.

He took pictures of both interior and exterior unit labels, promised to contact the manufacturer about our warranties since the unit is fairly new, and provided a full range of pricing possibilities depending on the outcome. He recharged the refrigerant to get us up and running until the full repair can be made and promised to follow up on Monday.

Mason was professional, transparent, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. I've always had a great experience with Climate Control Heating and Cooling, but Mason Rye stands out as a truly exceptional technician. In all future HVAC needs, I’ll be asking for him by name—and I highly recommend others do the same.

Edit (A-coil Installation):

I called Climate Control Monday evening following the initial Saturday call about our lack of AC. Mason had filled our system with 4 lbs. of free-on on Saturday, and our system was depleted by Monday evening. The leak was clearly bad. After calling Denise who pushed the call to Lindsey on dispatch, Cole called to walk me through a few items for a fuller understanding of things. We managed through the night, hooked up a portable AC for our kiddo, and gritted through the next 2 days until the part was received by the warehouse. Cole called the following morning to let me know Marlene was holding a spot for install in case the part arrived in time to make the 4 to 5 hour installation window. It wasn't received at the warehouse in time, which was not within Climate Control's control, but Marlene called to notify me of the first installation slot the following day. The communication I received over the course of those few days was top-notch. Everyone was clearly concerned for us as I'm 7 months pregnant and have a 2-yo who sleeps on the top floor where heat rises. They ensured we were taking measures to keep him adequately cooled and that meant a lot given the situation as the temperatures across those waiting days were in the mid-90s.

Fast forward to installation day. I can't thank Climate Control as they sent Jaret Zahnd at 8:15 am instead of the 10 am time slot we were given. He was personable, hard-working, thorough, and ran all of the tests necessary to ensure we were back in business and soon cooling the house. He even advised us of a few things to remember as the seasons change so that we could continue cooling with efficiency. Such a great guy to have helping us out.

Even though the whole experience was a headache, especially since it was a manufacturer's defect and we've only lived in the new-build for 2 years, the customer service we've received along the way from the dispatchers, Mason, Cole, Denise, Marlene, and Jaret was top-notch. We know who we'll be calling if service is ever needed in the future. Thanks, Climate Control!

Peyton and Simon were excellent during their service call. Peyton flushed put water heater and Simon conducted a furnace check. Their customer service was exceptional, and I appreciate how hard they worked while here at the house. I don't plan on going with any anyone else in the future!

New air and furnace, Zach very nice but stayed all afternoon until we agreed to deal. Came to install and didn’t connect correctly so spent a cold night. Next day another guy came out, fixed the problem and it has been working fine.

We had a great experience and felt well cared for. The whole team - from Shawn, who first diagnosed our problem, to Andrew, who walked us through our options and provided cost estimates, to Eli and Brayden, who installed our new equipment - thoroughly explained what they were seeing, what they recommended, and what they were doing every step of the way. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we have received!

Eli Vermeulen and Braden Williams came out and installed our new AC unit and Furnace. They were extremely polite, kept their work spaces clean, and provided me with a thorough education about my new units. These young men also went above and beyond by inspecting and securing several areas where our electrical wiring was sketchy.
I highly recommend these gentlemen and the work they do!
And with the 10 year parts and labor warranty, I take comfort in knowing my unit will be up and running long after its paid off!

Also shout out to Mason Rye who attempted to fix the dinosaur of an a/c unit and Andrew, who helped us make some choices regarding which products we needed; even making himself available quite late in the evening.

Scheduling is horrible rescheduled me twice the 2nd time I spoke to them directly the night before to confirm apt. When I called back to complain the rep was very calm and handled it like a pro. When they finally made it out the service tech was great to work with. But my time us valuable and patience is short so I won't go back or refer anyone.

Shafer and Londell from the Liberty office were FANTASTIC!! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and informative when installing our new HVAC system. My husband and I will definitely be recommending Climate Control to family and friends!

Our first contact with Climate Control was with Kyle. He was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions. This allowed us to make the right choice in a HVAC system for our home.

They are always helpful and friendly. I trust their knowledge and I’ve never felt mislead by the information I was given on repairs, HVAC & plumbing. Had both of them out this morning for my garbage disposal and HVAC servicing, both issues fixed and I am very pleased with their service.

Maintenance visits have been good always. Enjoyed working with Mason this week on our AC and Furnace. Very knowledgeable, while not overselling anything. I usually dread the sales pitch on what is "needed", but his approach was perfect.

Had an unfortunate furnace fire happen. Called climate control for an estimate and they were able to get my furnace and repair done within a few days. All work completed was done in a clean manner. All techs were extremely professional and on time and answered all questions, would give 10 stars if I could.
