Hands down one of the best repair companies around! Not only was their tech informative, but they didn't make me feel ridiculous for asking questions. And they worked with me & my schedule to get my AC back on in a quick manner that didn't break the bank by the unexpected cost. He was here for less than 10 mins and turns out nothing was wrong with it. Not only did he help fix the problem, he said that it was on the house. W recently went through/ currently are going through hell with a general contractor who did some bad work on our home and to say we have major trust issues is an understatement. I called David and he had ALL of the answers. As a matter of fact he gave me more information than I even asked for which I appreciate. If you want “just another business” feel like you are “just another customer,” then this isn’t the company for you. If you’re looking for a genuinely caring family run business who makes you feel like they care about your needs, you’re in luck with Dave. During the install they covered my floors and cleaned up after themselves before they left, I couldn’t even tell there was anyone in my home. I was expecting the exact opposite because of the before mentioned terrible experience with that general contractor. I truly want to thank you for your expertise and the good conversation, I can’t recommend you all enough.

I can't say enough good things about Cole Heating & Cooling LLC. When my AC went out, I did the usual and searched "AC Repair" on Google. I initially called the top three options only to find out they all charged a fee just to come out, along with a diagnostic and emergency fee. Thankfully, I kept searching, which led me to Cole Heating & Cooling's ad at the top of the page. They truly deliver exactly as their ad claims. Dave was fantastic to work with—very responsive, efficient, and he doesn't overcharge. His customer-centric approach was evident from start to finish. My AC was up and running in no time. I work in a warehouse in Nixa that must keep the temperature at 65 degrees at all times. Our commercial a/c unit died and I got the contact info for Cole Heating & Cooling from a friend that had a great experience with Dave.

Dave showed up on time, and was professional and knowledgeable. He understood stood the severity of our situation as well. The part we need was not in town and Dave handled getting it here on time and ready for installation with text messages along the way that gave up to the minute status on the part. I have people above me that needed updates and Dave was very understanding of that.

The best part is, Dave had us back up and running by the time he said he would and also had to time change out the filter as well.

We got excellent customer service. They made it super easy to coordinate service between the owner, the renter, and their business. They responded immediately, replied quickly, and was able to provide the service way sooner than we expected. Their communication was top-quality. The technician was friendly and efficient. We felt informed at each step. They were clear about costs. I am not familiar with comparable service prices, so I cannot comment on this. Definitely recommend.
