Today we had Austin as our technician & he was very friendly, polite & respected our property & always had shoe covers on when he came inside.
Austin check all pluming inside & under house to make sure we had no leaks.
We would definitely use Austin again.

Jacob, the technician, was courteous and efficient in clearing my sink drain issue. He also let me know up front what it would cost before he started the work.

Our central air system was going out so I started calling several different vendors to get quotes. Paschal was 1 of the vendors. Although I didnt end up selecting Paschal to replace my system, I was very happy with efforts of Mark Wolf. He performed an evaluation of my home to ensure that the right system was quoted for our home. He spent a lot of time in answering my questions about SEER ratings, tax credits, how HVCA worked. I would recommend him and Paschal highly.

The scheduling was tricky due to the freezing weather a few weeks ago, but these guys did a great job for us. We needed some additional diagnosis after the fact and they suggested that the electric company come out to correct things on their end. Paschal has fair pricing and experienced electicians. We would use them again!

I would like a manager to explain the bill my elderly father received last night -- $440 to change one element -- not both, just one, for a water heater. I am shocKED. WE will be following up for an explanation. UPDATE 11/1/25: I would like to report the manager DID get back with me ASAP and respectfully corrected the error. I think it is fair to report this correction and their quick response to the situation. My father was refunded his money quickly and his water heater is working correctly. Thank you for being professional and addressing this error.

Sold my house in Nixa Mo in February 2025. Had a $19.99 per month service plan that I went in the office and cancelled when I closed. Just caught that they’d been billing me until now. Finally called me back and said they could cancel but not refund my 11 months of bills because nobody in their office followed through with my cancellation and since no record no refund even though they internally dropped the ball. Horrible business and I’d find another contractor.

Vince was very thorough and nice. Had us taken care of within an hour’s time and all at an honest and reasonable price. We signed up for regular inspections and are very happy we called Paschal and now have peace of mind about our heat and air conditioning!
