Jared is absolutely a great technician! He had our system back up and running pretty quickly and explained everything he did clearly. He was very neat and clean as he worked. We are very thankful for him finding the problems and getting us cooled down!

Our home drains all plugged without notice.Called them and they immediately sent Nick out.He addressed my concerns, and went right to the problem.He explained how it happened and what steps to take to prevent it from occurring again.Price for services was more than fair.Nick is a true professional and a great guy! The job was completed satisfactorily. The techs worked diligently and the quality of work and design were first rate. Old pipes removed were full of material impeding flow. I was happy about the work, but there were aspects of the job that I observed that detracted from a five star rating.
1. The project was delayed a day due to poor communication from scheduling the job.
2. I expected the job to start at 8am, but didn’t start until after 9am after a call by the tech.
3. Not all of the parts were on hand to complete the job. Tech made numerous trips to get parts. I expected that all the parts necessary for the project would be on-site when they arrived. This delayed at least 30-60 minutes.
3. There was a clean out that wasn’t found before the work started. It was found when they dug a hole to put one in. A part, T pipe, was missing and caused a delay getting the part. Thankfully, they found the clean out before cutting the septic pipe which would have wasted time and parts putting a second one in.
4. The project took 10.5 hours to complete and involved multiple crews to complete the work. I was told beforehand that it would take 8 hours. I appreciated them getting additional help to complete the job in one day, but that’s a long time not being able to use the kitchen or bathrooms. The pipe replacement order was well planned.
5. The quote lacked a detailed breakdown of labor and materials. It was just one price. Based on this, I do not know if I got a fair price for the project.

Stetson, our technician did a fine job. Admittedly, however, I was flabbergasted by the pricing attached to suggested jobs. For instance, it was going to cost $320 for Stetson to remove, clean and replace a condensation hose – no new parts required! I passed on that and other offered services. That may be as much as it costs to see my primary care physician. I will be checking with other providers for better pricing.

Paschal’s sent out a knowledgeable, hardworking and respectful crew to our house to do a thorough electrical diagnostic. It took them less than an hour to identify the problem and then they efficiently repaired our extensive issues.

It was great , I knew who was showing up at my house. Showed him what I needed done , he had to get in our crawl space under the house , scary , no problem . Got estimate within fifteen minutes. Perfect 👌

After going through three different companies these guys were the only people in Springfield that could fix my old furnace. My repair man was fast, kind, funny, and walked me through the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough

We were out of a furnace for 5 days and on the 6th day, a very cold and snowy Saturday, Travis and Trevor came to our home at 8 in the morning. They worked in the cold non-stop for 9 hours to get our system installed and operating. They notified us prior to their arrival and they were exactly on time. Both of them were very professional and friendly despite the severe conditions they were working in and their attitude throughout the day was very refreshing. The install is very professional and works well. When they were done, they cleaned up the area and, other than the new system, you couldn’t tell they were even here. The price was right and the service was exceptional. Trevor and Travis are associates you should be proud to have as members of your team.

Had a technician to come out to see what was happening with our furnace. It had just stopped working. The first company I called out send a technician who seem to be less than knowledgeable of the system and was very un enthused about his work. Their solution was a whole new Furnace system to the tune of about $15,000. This seemed a little high so I called Paschal. They sent a salesman by to give me a competitive bid. He was a former technician Anderson Current Who thought he should first check some things out. After he checked a few things, he said that he thought he better send a technic Be able to give a better estimate to repair. Daniel Queen came out and was very friendly and fixed and found and fixed the problem Within 30 minutes of arriving. These this company is very honest, very transparent, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking either for a new furnace, but especially for repair.

I a utilities called and said I was using an extra large amt of water and might wanna check issue out, Austin came out same day Dec 23 and found water heater had a bad valve and was leaking water, fixed problem in no time! With it being holidays I thought it might be a few days before I could get it looked at but was fixed same day I called. I was ecstatic with the service. Thx you!

I've been using Paschal for years and have always had good experiences including a full replacement of my entire home's HVAC system some years ago. When issues come up, whether around the work being performed or the service I get from the techs during the work, they have always been willing to make it right and work with me to find a solution.

I'd like to individually call out Kevin who is a top-notch service manager and Paschal should be proud to have him as part of the team.

I am giving five stars because Ethan McCoy found the reason our toilet was backing up and he fixed and repaired a leak at the indoor main drain. He also found where we can turn off the power to our well if we have another need to turn off our water supply. I have owned the house for one year and did not know how to shut off the water! My bad.
Time, is money, I know, but for the amount of work done, I feel it was a little too pricey. The quality of work was worth the piece of mind. Thanks, Ethan.

Austin with Paschal came to my property. Had to replace an old galvanized pipe under the sink with PVC. It was not an easy task, but he did a great job and was very thorough! Highly recommend! It was not the first time I had to replace drain pipes, and Paschal waived the charged. I was very impressed with Austin, as well as Paschal.

Travis contacted me with an arrival time and was right on time. He was friendly, respectful, and professional throughout the service call. We had lost power to half of the kitchen outlets. He replaced a GFI outlet and checked for any other issues before ending the visit. He found another GFI that was damaged, but still working and sugggested a repair, but no pressure. We went ahead and had him replace the second GFI. He cleaned up any dust left by the repairs and everything is now working GREAT! I have been a Paschal customer for years and have a lot of confidence in their ability to solve my heating/air, plumbing, and electrical needs.

Pascal was great!! Our 15 year old water heater wasn't giving us hot water. We called Pascal and they came out in 30 minutes. He looked at our water heater. He informed us what was wrong and the cost to fix. Then the cost to replace it. Normally a water heater last 10-15 years, so we said replace it. We asked when and he said today. Great! Both guys that where here were great, very polite and did a great job. Thank you so much!

Clint came out to do a routine HVAC inspection and was phenomenal! He was thorough in both his work and his communication of what he was seeing. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner that put me at ease and also helped to educate me. I will always recommend Paschal!

Only have 4 stars because of the price I had to pay for the little bit of work that was done. Company and my plumber I give 5 stars but I’m pretty sure I over paid by a few hundred dollars by not going with someone else. That’s okay though because they didn’t charge me to come out and give a quote on the price and my plumber was a super cool guy and that’s what I don’t mind supporting. Seemed to fix the problem I was having and I’m happy with the work.

AMAZING experience! I can’t recommend Pascal any higher the whole time the team was here they were very professional and thorough. First time cleaning the dryer vent and needless to say, it was one of their worst case scenarios. Multiple birds nest in the vent and full of lent … it would’ve been a bad case eventually and definitely a hazard! If you haven’t done your vent you NEED to hire Pascal. We’ll be having them back for some other jobs we need done around the house. Thankful for their experience and cleanliness
