Patrick is very responsive and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He came right out and fixed my heat pump so it would operate properly. He also gave me good advice on how I should maintain the system. His business provided fantastic customer service. Melia was very courteous in arranging the appointment to meet my needs and taking my calls with questions and billing. Very professional business. Excellent! Prompt service. Kept us informed of every detail. Got our furnace back up and running very quickly. Installed a new thermostat and trained me how to program it. Patrick was very knowledgeable, polite and respectful. We will definitely use Proman HVAC again.

The folks at Proman are definitely, Pro! We were starting a kitchen remodel in the Forsyth are and had pulled up the floor to find our ducts had been poorly installed and in immediate need of repair before installing the new flooring. We reached out on a Tuesday evening just after office hours, and they responded right away letting us know they'd be out the next day. We were contacted and given a time to expect someone to assess the job and he arrived right on time. After the assessment, the installers came out within an hour, repaired the ducts in the kitchen and inspected all the others in the house. They did quality work at a fair price, and accommodated our urgent request for quick turnaround. And every single interaction was professional and pleasant, regardless of the person or their role in the company. We are Proman fans and highly recommend them for your HVAC & Mechanical needs!

After my mother received high electric bills, and electric company couldn’t pinpoint the problem to their equipment (of course), we called Patrick and he recommended that we needed to upgrade and replace her old unit. What was suppose to be a 5 hr job turned out to be a 2-1/2 job!! His crew was very professional and very efficient! They were able to install extra ducting for my mom and found the problem-cleared out the critter!!! The unit is high efficiency, beautiful and heated her place in no time! It’s an added bonus when it comes time to sell the place!! Thank you!! Job well done!!

Top notch company that really cares. Got an AC 4 years ago and due to service errors on my part it was short cycling. He was there the next day and showed me how to do what I needed to do to keep it running right and to clean it. Only company I will use for any HVAC issues at my house. Highly recommend!

Had a really great service call in Branson. They had same day availability and a tech who really knows HVAC. Everything is up and running for a reasonable price. These guys aren't afraid to work on and fix older units. Give them a call.

I've used Proman HVAC over a dozen times. As I'm in the home renovation business, and I've used a few of promans staff. I've had all great experiences with there team. All very accommodating and punctual. With money on line I've tended to be nervous and or over bearing in questions, and it has never seemed to phase these guys. ProMan HVAC replaced our system by working with our warranty company. I can't say enough good for how professional, responsive and easy to work with. Patrick and Kyle were the best! They communicated when they were going to arrive and what I needed to do on my end for them to complete the installation of the new system. Had a great experience with Patrick from Proman. I had excellent communication the entire time with the team. They alerted me of schedule changes and when Patrick came out to service the HVAC unit, he showed me the different ins and outs of what was going on and gave me a mini tutorial on our unit. Had this top notch HVAC company install a mini split unit i bought online. Patrick and his crew were 10 minutes early! Professional in appearance, attitude and ethics!! Asked me questions to have better understanding of what I wanted and went to it! They installed the condenser hanger on the side of my house, then inside unit. No mess! No standing around! They stayed on task completing the job in a timely manner! Price??? Comparable to other companies, BUT, with the quality and expertise of these technicians, the price is outstanding!!

I am extremely happy with my encounter with Proman HVAC Heating Cooling Mechanical. During very cold days, Patrick was able to get my old furnace running temporarily. Today, Kyle and Al installed my new system. They were both very kind and personable. The new system is up and running, and I am extremely happy. The people I talked with in the office were also very accommodating. When the job was completed, the job site was cleaner then they received it. A great company with Great staff. Highly recommend.

My furnace was not working when I arrived home Monday evening, after trying to go thru the trouble shooting steps I called Queen Heating.
They arrived the next morning and found it to be the thermostat.
It was chilly and so glad they fixed it. Super nice people working for them, very knowledgeable.
I took the plan as it’s one year and they come and check my AC &Heater
