The technicians came to my home and we’re very professional and worked diligently and got my HVAC system replaced cleaned up any debris or trash that they had and we’re very professional with their information. Two very young, exceptional, hard-working men. The office staff was very helpful with everything I had asked about and went above and beyond to help me I would highly recommend them all.

They were quick! Surprised the tech with a few things when they stopped by and not only did he address each of the items but made the trip back to the shop to get the materials needed for the job. Cant thank this crew enough!

Fast, friendly and informative! It was super easy to schedule and the technician was friendly and upfront about everything. They will be our go to for anything heating and air!

Excellent install and well satisfied with results. The install people were very personable, polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. Queen City is completely underrated! My entire 30-year-old system finally gave out and needed replacement. QC was able to come out within 24 hours of my call, give me clear options, and provide me with a quote that was more than fair (thank you, Josh). I scheduled the service and on the day of, they arrived on time and ready to go (thank you, Harrison, Jaylin, and Ian). Despite the adverse weather of tornados and thunderstorms, the team powered through and had us up and running by the afternoon. Everyone was courteous and professional, from front office to install. QCHC was great to work with and would highly recommend to anyone! I called on a Monday morning as my AC was not working, they were out the same day to diagnose and then Josh came out that same evening at 7PM for an estimate on an HVAC replacement! Diagnostic technician, Joshua, and the installer Harrison and Jaylin were great to work with. They were very professional and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process.

They responded very quickly when our air conditioner went out. Reece the tech who came out, diagnosed our problem within minutes, was very professional and had us up and running quickly. Highly recommend and will call again if needed.

Queen City came to assess my AC unit. They arrived promptly within their time window. They send text alerts to let you know they are on the way and a picture introducing you to your technician, with availability to track them in route to you. Josh, project manager arrived first. Then technician Kynion. I was greeted with courtesy, respect and introductions and they immediately got to work to diagnose the issue. While Kynion and his trainee worked, Josh thoroughly discussed with me about my current system, its age (29 years!!!), and the costs of repair, especially with coolant. After diagnosis, with several issues. I was given a quote for repair and then a quote for a full HVAC replacement. I was not pressured in anyway to go one way or another. I was able to make the decision that best fit my current situation. With costs, I was offered several ways to finance to make things more affordable. Bridgette and Danyelle, in the office, kept me up on how things were going with possible lenders, and I never had to question what was going on or if I would have a cool house soon. Josh and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I was scheduled the next day to have my unit replaced. Again today, the technician arrived promptly at 8:00, Harrison and his partner worked tirelessly to exchange the system and I had cool air by 2:00 PM.
I cannot thank Josh, the technicians, office administrators, the entire team and owners at Queen City Heating and Cooling enough. They are true professionals and it shows in all they do. Communication, reliability, and guaranteeing comfort was all provided effortlessly by this amazing company. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Queen City!!

I very highly recommend Queen City Heating and Air!! Harrison Rocha had our furnace fixed very quickly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! I will definitely ask for him again if any future repairs are needed!

Technician was exactly on time ( which is rare) and was very personable, knowledgeable and fixed our problem. He also gave us some tips to extend the life of our unit and what to generally expect when we need to replace. Good job guys!

I was very impressed with the level of service Queen City provides. Jaylin Onnen went above and beyond by making the repairs very quick and easy. What would've taken others an entire day to fix, he managed to do it in just a few hours!

My mini split was leaking water at an alarming rate. They got me in next day's schedule! The technician, Mr Totty was very friendly, easy to work with. Explained things in words i could understand! 😁 Not sure if im the only one with that problem but if they start using technical terms... I get completely lost. Service was fast and they'll be back to finish it next week. Wasn't able to finish it today as he needed another set of hands. But the a/c is working again. In 90 degree weather, thats a must!
