We are extremely happy with the whole experience working with Queen City Heating and Cooling. We needed a new HVAC system and they knocked it out of the park. Josh was great on the sales end and the team of installers we're professional and courteous and did a great job as well. I'm a pretty picky guy and expect quality and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend this company.

Richard came out the next day after calling, did a thorough work up on my unit and made great recommendations. Everyone I've talked to has been kind and caring. I would use these guys again

I called Queen City Heating and Cooling today to schedule my Loyalty HAVC
Maintenance visit. I also requested they remove my old clothes dryer duct & add new duct and clamps. I was greeted with such kindness as Lauren listed to my needs and scheduled my appointment three days later. Luckily for me she called back and told me I could get my appointment today. I received excellent services from the technician Reece. This company goes out of their way to take really good care of their customers and their needs. I am very happy with this company and I highly recommend them.

I called first thing this morning to schedule someone to come out and they were able to get me in the same day! Our AC went out right as the gnarly heat of the summer started to kick in. Our technician, Richard, arrived between the allotted time given and was prompt and efficient with his work! He was even kind enough to explain how he diagnosed the problem and answered all questions I had; pricing for labor and parts was reasonably affordable. Because of Richard and Queen City Heating & Cooling, we even signed up for their yearly loyalty program; we now are enjoying our crisp, cold air blowing AC! 10/10 recommend

On-time, courteous, professional. I explained system issues, techs listened, then commenced system checks. They thoroughly explained their findings and recommendations. System is fine, high current humidity causing less than desired levels of cooling. Only charge was $89 service fee, totally acceptable. Will use again, will refer to friends. Thanks!

Queen City is by far the best experience with a HVAC company we have ever had! From the inspection of our units to the full replacement they were very helpful, professional, and understanding. The technicians that did the work were very friendly and took the time to let us know what was actually happening as they did their work, they even put everything we moved in our garage for them to access a location back when they were done. Matthew Weaver came out to diagnose my AC issues in Kings Mountain! He called when he was on his way, showed up on time, and got my air blowing nice and cold by the time he left. 10/10 would recommend.

Shout out to Reece! He did a great job and was thorough with the furnace repaired and explained everything. They even gave me some heaters to hold me over while parts were on order. The annual service membership is a great deal!

Great people, on time and did great work. The only off was that I was told it would be a one day install but it was one and 2/3 day install.
