My furnace went out in the middle of the winter and despite the cold I took several days to call around and get quite a number of bids to replace my furnace and AC as they were over 20 years old. I selected Tanner and High Efficiency HVAC because he wasn't high pressure and when I called several times before I picked him as my contractor he was always available and willing to answer my questions. He also had better pricing, much better, than all the other contractors who provided me quotes. After selecting him to do the work he and his crew were there in a couple of days to replace my entire system which they did in one day. His crew was clean, nice and professional! No scary guys that you were nervous about having in your home. He also gave me a great deal on cleaning my duct work while he was there. Overall, I was very pleased. He showed up on time, did the work he said he would do for the price he quoted with no up selling, high pressure, or sorry we can't do that moments. I don't trust most contractors and they often leave something to be desired but Tanner is one of the few that has exceeded my expectations and has earned my trust! I would be happy to do business with him again.

We wanted to replace our aging HVAC system in our home. We were referred by our daughter, who had used them for an emergency replacement back in the summer.
They offered us two different systems, "good" and "better". Both were high efficiency Rheem products. I spoke to the owner, Tanner Stephens, who promised that the equipment was available, and that it could be installed in about 8-hours (one day).
He also offered a couple of add-on options, a whole-house humidifier and duct cleaning. We opted for both.
The crew arrived on-time on the specified day. After an initial check of our duct work, it was determined that duct cleaning was not necessary. As promised, they also attempted to clean the dryer vent, which turned out to have been improperly installed years earlier. They rebuilt and re-routed the dryer vent, resulting is much better performance for the dryer.
The installation of the new HVAC system went as expected, and they were completely finished by 430pm that day. They even did the warranty registration for me.
And, because we didn't need the duct cleaning, we saved $1000 off the original estimate. (They could have just charged me for duct cleaning, and I would never have know the difference. But they were honest about it.)
We are very happy with our equipment and service. The crew was professional and friendly.
We couldn't recommend High Efficiency HVAC highly enough.

I am currently sitting in a house with a 2 year old HVAC system installed by High Efficiency HVAC, and it is 79 degrees in my house. The amount of runaround I have received from this company is insane. My HVAC system worked fine for the past 2 years, and now it doesn't work anymore. Suddenly, the problem is my duct work, even though again it has worked fine for the past 2 years. I have had several people come out from the company (probably contracted) and diagnose different issues. Today I get a call from the owner saying they would not be able to make it back here to fix my HVAC system that they installed, which has a warranty. When I find out what is wrong with my system, I will be reporting High Efficiency HVAC to the BBB and Attorney General. It has been close to 100 degrees lately, and this is ridiculous. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

My AC went out the day I got back from vacation. They were easily able to evaluate the problem and quickly installed a new system for a reasonable price. I highly suggest using their services. Brad is not only great at explaining what was wrong but he is very good at his job.

I called one day and my air conditioner was fixed the next morning. Excellent service. Courteous customer service, as well!!!

Tanner was very friendly and knowledgeable. They not only took care of my concerns, but even went above and beyond by checking over the entire system making overall improvements. My rental company hired HE-HVAC to work on my A/C system. The employees were exceptionally friendly and kind. Their work is top-notch. They assessed the needs of my unit and had a new furnace and condenser installed within a day. Perfect service!

I called today with a nonworking AC during a Missouri summer. Tanner got me in immediately, sending Brad and Sam over to diagnose and preform a service call. They showed up within an hour, had it diagnosed and back working within 30 minutes after arrival. Brad and Sam took the time and showed kindness and patience with me as I asked them unending questions about my setup, and how to avoid further issues. They answered every question I had. As a single woman who is a fairly new homeowner, this type of service is priceless. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I called high efficiency about 9:30 on a weekday for an A/C issue, and they had someone to me by 11:00! Tucker was my technician. He was very knowledgeable, and communicated his thought process the whole time as he was testing my system and asking questions about the issue. He had to run to the store for a part, and still had me back in business in less than 90 minutes. The price of service was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to a friend. 10/10

High Efficiency HVAC replaced a system for us in Springfield. They were fast, professional and fairly priced! Definitely recommend!

Their technician came out quickly (within about an hour of calling). He was very polite and thoroughly checked out our AC system to find the cuase of our issue. He took his time and did not seem rushed to get to the next job. He was able to get the issue resolved the same day even though they did not have the part we needed in their service vehicle. The tech was able to get the part locally and returned quickly to install it and ensured that the issue was resolved. The amount they charged was very fair for the service they provided. I will be using them again the next time I have issues with any of my HVAC equipment.
