I purchased a new furnace and air conditioning unit and Queen City was ready to install in two days. Richard, Preston and Noah were great.very knowledgeable but also dedicated to doing their very best . In a matter of hours I had a new unit operating and the area all cleaned up. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am and how stress free the project was. I will definitely continue to use Queen City for my heat and air needs.

Been having an issue with our heater for the last two winters that has gone undiagnosed by multiple companies. Reese was great! He took the time to go through and diagnose the problem and get it fixed for us. It was really nice to have our heater work when it needed to. Definitely will be using Queen City again for our HVAC needs, and I highly recommend them.

We weren’t able to budget for a new unit, and instead of pushing a replacement, they repaired our old one — which most companies wouldn’t even touch.

How to say this. I had used them 3 times and thought they did not complete a service I had paid for. I now know that it was a 3rd party that was involved in a contract for sale. I did leave a bad review. Dan Knight called me immediately. As soon as the details were ironed out, he sent a technician out to look at my AC. I had been misled but NOT by Knight HVAC. The technician did a fabulous job. Knowledgeable, professional, polite, He cleaned, checked over my AC. Then serviced my furnaces and explained many details that the homeowner left out. It should have been caught in the inspection. I hope Knight Heat and Air will allow me to stay with them as a life long customer using their Royal service. I do highly recommend them. As a former Louisiana resident, it’s far better to have your AC serviced annually before you have a problem. 😉
