David and crew were amazing! Very upfront and knowledgeable! Went above and beyond in my opinion. Even before I chose to go with them, David shared information for me to ask the other companies about. Which the other companies did not bring up but I was able to due to David sharing important info that companies leave out. The job looks awesome and I am glad I went with my gut on choosing Cole hearing and cooling!

he was very detailed and explained everything. said he'd get the part ordered and be in touch. as soon as the part came in, he scheduled a good time to come, got it installed and up and working in no time.

They installed a new cooling and heating system for our upstairs. The cost was excellent as compared to other estimates, and the communication and service was wonderful from A-Z. Very happy with the outcome. They'll have my business going forward.

I Could not have asked for better service from beginning to end! We called Cole Heating and Cooling after having multiple issues with our HVAC system and getting the run around from another company and David showed up the next morning and gave us an estimate on the spot! David was transparent, knowledgeable, and his compassion was impressive. We had a complete HVAC system (larger than what we originally had to fit our sq. ft of our home) and they were still able to beat the prices of the other guys that were not even offering a complete system! I can't brag enough on the professionalism, punctuality, and positive attitude and more ALL these guys had shown while they worked so hard in the heat of the summer! They cleaned up so well when they finished you could not tell they were ever here, which was appreciated! Our system is now working better than it ever had by putting our trust in Cole Heating and Cooling! I have already referred my son to call them and they showed up the SAME day he called and received the exceptional service as we did. More than a happy customer, we are now committed to Cole Heating and Air for all our HVAC needs.

Our HVAC replacement was completed on time and at the price stated in the estimate. David took the time to walk me through how to set up and use our new smart thermostat and the job site was left clean. Everything is working as it should and we are very happy thus far.
Edit: We just had Cole Heating and Cooling Services LLC out for the 6 months service visit on our new HVAC system. Everything is working great, our monthly utility bill is lower than it had been with the old system and the service was completed as promised. Very happy with the system and the people!

Very satisfied with the work done by Cole Heating and Cooling. They replaced our outside and inside units along with thermostats. Took time to explain the ins and outs of the units and helped setup and explain how the thermostats work. All the work was done in a day.

Started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Friendly techs helped with setting up thermostat Everything is working fine. I will update if there is any changes. Great experience so far.

Walked me through everything, answered all of my many questions, and even helped me with a couple extra things I needed to know about to ensure longevity for the units. David with Cole Heating and Cooling Services came out to my house to inspect part of my hvac system in my crawl space.
He was easy to talk to and straight forward. After he inspected i realized another thing under the crawl space I needed him to check and apologized for having him get back under there. He made no notion to it being an inconvenience and happily said he would go check it out. In the end, all checked out well and he gave me a detailed report for my files.

I would recommend Cole Heating and Cooling Services. They are prompt and communicate notices of appointments and invoices/reports timely. Great service.

Our furnace broke down and the temperature was around 10°. We called our contract carrier to have them send a technician out and they said they couldn’t get to us for two days. It was 58° in the house and we had no alternative, but to look for other help. My daughter, who had used Cole’s heating and cooling services for their installation at their home said I’ll call Dave. She did, and within a couple hours he was at our house. The situation was remedied within a couple of hours, and COLE heating and cooling services now has a new client. Thanks Dave, you were fantastic. Looking forward to doing business with you for a long time. I would highly recommend Coles to anyone who is looking for great service, and that personal touch.

These guys are top notch! David and his team did an amazing job replacing our dinosaur of a system still running R22 with a brand new R32 heat pump dual fuel system. They got the system installed and were very professional and educated in their products. They are great at what they do and even entertained our dogs as they worked in and out of our home. We also had them install another vent into our home for better air coverage. Everything is absolutely great and we could not be more happy. A+++++++. They have a loyal customer in us and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

We can highly recommend Cole Heating and Air. We were having all types of problems with our old system, from uneven temperatures through out the house to the system being very loud.
Cole HVAC replaced our complete system, bigger and more efficient cold air returns, and all new duct system for even temperatures. Our new system is great, efficient and quiet. It was a pleasure to do business with Cole Heating and Air. We also have a HVAC company for life now.

We had Cole H & C installed a new furnance and air condition units about a week ago. Along with that they also installed a new hot water heater for us. They were very respectful of our home, our pet and our needs. Friendly and respectful workers that installed the units in a timely fashion. They left our home clean like they found it. After getting 3 bids on a new HVAC system here in Springfield and not being completely happy with any of them for one reason or another we decided to try again and had Cole Heating and Cooling come give us a bid. They asked more questions about what it is we wanted and were hoping to achieve than any of the other bids! David came out and actually did measurements of the outside of our home and the inside and did a PROPER load calculation, which is what I wanted from each of the other bids but none would do. David went above and beyond to even go under the home to inspect our ducts! He explained so much more to us then I had even anticipated. We decided to get all new duct work and a new efficient HVAC system for our home. They also added two additional vents in the home for better airflow throughout the downstairs of our two story home. When I say we feel so blessed to have found this company that’s an understatement! In just two days they completed changing all the duct work, removed and installed a new high efficient furnace and air conditioner and cleaned up everything as they went along and before they left. Our thermostat is so fancy too lol. I can even set it or change it when away from home with my cellphone! The professionalism and personable customer service they provide is the best you will ever find! We truly feel blessed to have found this company and look forward to having David and his team keep up the maintenance on our new system for years to come.
