This is who you need to call!! Commercial AC quit working at my restaurant about 8am, after troubleshooting myself and finding no solution I placed a call to Powell Mechanical at 1:17 pm, received a call back at 1:35 pm and a tech was out by 2:15 pm and service completed by 2:45 pm. They could’ve easily made the issue seem to be way worse than it was costing me a lot of money but the tech was honest and did us right. What a sigh of relief knowing and hearing about so many other hvac companies that are out there looking to build the largest invoices they can

Glen is the best - he sent a tech to our shop early in the morning because he knew how important it was that our air conditioning was operating properly on a busy day! Very professional and completed the job quickly. Definitely would recommend Powell Mechanical to anyone!

I contacted Powell Mechanical and told them what my furnace was doing and within 30 minutes Andrew showed up, diagnosed the problem and went and got the part. I work nights so this was cutting into my sleep time, when Andrew got back with the part, he apologized for taking so long (which I thought that he made a fast trip!) Andrew was friendly, professional,fast working, honest, and was very mindful of the fact that he knew that I needed to get to bed to get my rest. Maybe they are good at fixing HVAC, but they would have to show up in order for me to know.

Had an appointment scheduled on a Friday at 8am. At 9am they call me and say they can't make it and reschedule for Monday 8am. Monday at noon they haven't showed up or called, so I call them. They seem apologetic and say they will call me back when they figure out what happened. Shocker, they never called me back.

These guys know their stuff. They came out and fixed my A/C unit about a year ago so I just called them again because I have some kind of a plumbing issue at my house. Tom was great. Super fast and very fair in price. I would hire them again when needed.

Christopher came and looked at our problems, gave us an estimate. He came on time and explained everything. We needed some repairs. Alec & Manuel came out to do our repairs. They were on time, courtious, professional. Did the job within the time frame and the estimate was right on, no hidden fees. Highly Recommend!!!!!

Redeemed installed a new heating and ac unit a couple years ago. Heating unit caught on fire during install and fire dept was called. Initial installation was during cold weather so when warm weather came around, the ac unit didn’t cool well and they had to come out and refill the Freon. Now for the 2nd Summer in a row the ac unit isn’t cooling. I tried to be patient but they have been a disaster.
