D&B HVAC in Nixa, MO were great at removing the old HVAC unit and installing the new one. They were fast and the BEST price around!! The whole team had good manners and attitudes, especially dealing with a small space and insurance issues. Very much recommended!

Terrible customer service, called multiple times, no showed several times. Poor communication skills. My house is still not circulating air correctly. Would not recommend this company.

Installed a new gas heat system. Called to have them correct a part they installed incorrectly. They never came to correct the part. Had an additional problem with system and called several times to have them come fixed and they never showed up. Horrible customer service and a total waste of money! Don’t use them!!

Nathan always gets to my house quick and has excellent customer service! They are very reasonably priced and get the job done in a timely manner! I highly recommend this company!! I’ve always had the best service with them!

Shame on you, NATHAN PEARSON! We have relied on you many times for many years for the above-listed services. Until 2 yrs. ago, I would have gladly referred you to anyone. You sold me a total HVAC system in November, 2019 then totally dropped off the face of the earth! You are ghosting me, never answering your phone or one time I was able to leave a message, not returning my call. How dare you!! Since your last visit in November, 2019, I have had to replace the heat pump board and re-wire the entire system. You are a disgrace to the industry for not following through and taking care of a valued customer. Your father must be turning in his grave!! Again, shame on you, NATHAN PEARSON.

Pearson hvac solutions LLC is the most amazing company. I had them come check my ductwork , as I was having issues with some of our rooms not heating or cooling properly I was shocked to see the video they had taken of the insulation around the ductwork under my house. Full of water! My daughter and very Ill mother have lung issues. Tom and Cody came to fix it all and they were so kind and very fast with the install. Our family felt a huge difference right away. Such a blessing they have been to be so fast and efficient. I can't thank Mindi and Nathan enough and will forever reccomend Pearson Hvac solutions LLC to anyone that is needs hvac services.

I saw an add on Facebook for free estimates. I knew i had issues with my home not heating properly and when they arrived they were able to point out the major issues i had in the crawl space with rust and mold due to water damage. I was able to work with my insurance to get a claim against the damage and they were able to tear out all my old duct work and install new duct work within a day of having the down payment. I would recommend the guys at Pearson to anyone having issues with their HVAC system.

Pearson HVAC installed 2 Daikin Mini Splits in a home we have that is over 100 years old. Where we only had window air and gas and pellet stove that was costing a fortune, we now have a home that is all electric and heat and cool on the same units. They work great especially for our older home that has no place to add duct work for a conventional system. We have saved so much money! Highly recommend.

Not a good experience. Unit wasn't installed correctly. Flooded my attic. I was left to find a person to repair my ceiling. Pearson should have been hopping to take care of it for me. Multiple trips to get it working, then had to call out again when the heat wasn't working correctly. I understand it's hard to run a service business, but the service here was very lacking. Attached a picture of damaged ceiling in my garage. This is after we scraped off much of the damage, but it still needs to be replaced.
