These guys are awesome!! Our A/C went out during the hottest days of August 2025 and they installed a new unit at a very fair price and did it fast. Everyone was very professional, friendly and knew precisely what each individuals job was going to be upon arrival. They laid down protective cloth to ensure floors were protected first thing. Very top notch! Would definitely recommend AP Services to anyone and use them again.

I would highly recommend AP Services for anyone needing a qualified and professional HVAC technician. They replaced my indoor and outdoor unit for nearly half the cost of other estimates I received. They discovered rotting sub floor and was able to make all of the required repairs. All of the technicians were extremely polite and professional. They have a customer for life with me!

Corey was fantastic!!! When he arrived at our home promptly on time, he listened to our issue and immediately got to work. He found tested and corrected the problem in what seemed record time. He communicated with us clearly on what the problem was and what his course of action was for repairing it. He took the time to check and double check his repair, and then went the extra mile to check the rest of our system for potential problems. I came across Smithco mechanical on Facebook one day because one of my friends liked them so I thought I would give them a call after I read a lot of the reviews online and so I sent Matt a message on Facebook and we set up a time for him to send someone out to look at my heating unit I needed a new one so we talked about what to get and Matt gave me a really good price on a new heating and cooling system Corey, Gary,and Kerri were very awesome and knowledgeable and helpful. When my ac unit started to struggle one evening I left a message for SmithCo. The next morning I got a call that the technician could work in my almost emergency in just a couple hours. A quick check and replacing of the capacitor, and everything runs like new. Always helpful, responsive, and not overly expensive.

Matt has a good knowledge of Mitsubishi Mini-split systems. I had these units installed by another HVAC dealer with limited knowledge and poor service after installation. We live in a remote rural area and we had unique problems and through his diligence and wanting to learn why we had these problems, he was able to get them solved. I have never been excited to get a utility bill. Last January we had 27 days below 32°, this year 25. Smithco installed a new Heat pump in March. My winter savings is paying my monthly payment and thermostat is set at a comfortable temp now. THANK YOU!!

My wife and I had a bit of a Winter emergency and Smith CO did an amazing job to come out as quickly as they could to service our heating and air. The technician Corey to the great job at explaining what he was doing and explaining to me what needed to be done to fix the heating unit. All and all it was great service!

Throughly pleased with the hard work these men put into our crisis! Please forgive me, as I don't remember the name of the older gentleman (maybe Dave?) that worked with Adam, as he deserves so much credit. These guys came out and assessed our problem of our AC not kicking on and gave us 3 options with honest estimates of repairs. They were not pushy, answered SO MANY questions, and were willing to work with us anyway possible to meet our needs. We decided to get a whole new unit as ours was really old. Thank goodness we did because just like the guy predicted, our old unit had a large crack in it that was leaking toxic fumes into our home!
We felt comfortable allowing these men to be in our home while we weren't there and, man, did they win our trust. They were kind to our very energetic dogs who constantly get in the way, and never showed an ounce of annoyance with our very busy home. They installed a new unit, same day, in just a few hours, and had us cooled down to a tolerable temperature before bed! They worked in the grueling heat all day, so that we could sleep in comfort. Smithco has been amazing! We got our new HVAC system in March and it's been working perfectly! When we recently turned the heat on we started smelling something funky. SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I just had a Mitsubishi mini-split installed in my unfinished basement. The crew arrived early and was very professional looking. sometimes you can come to expect other crews to show up with shirts un-tucked and half awake but not this crew. we have all concrete floors still in the basement and they made sure to not track dirt in and put down drop clothes wherever they where working. I am very happy to have worked and chosen this group of amazing people. As long as this type of service continues with them then I will bring all of my business to them in the future. truly amazing experience to have worked with them.

Our GO-TO for heating and air issues! Could not, for the life of us, find anyone to repair a leak in the main valve of a gas wall heater. Found them on Google after a few days of calling around. Not only did they take on the job, they had to go back to their shop twice to make sure we had the best product fit so that the unit operated at best capacity. They were very professional, very friendly, a super value and they were so kind to show us how to operate our old gas fireplace and also checked for any gas leaks at no extra charge. We will use them again over all other services simply for their integrity, expertise, professionalism, and quick response time! A well deserved 5 out of 5 stars for this company!

I called SmithCo to get a bid on a new HVAC system, I did a lot of research and got bids from several other companies. When I called SmithCo, they were at my house the same day to give me a quote and see what was needed. Gary and Tracy were very friendly and efficient. The whole system was installed in a day. Matt was very considerate and invited us to come by the business and actually hear different heat pumps running. The main criticism I had of our old HVAC system was it was so noisy, sounded like a jet airplane. The new Trane heat pump is so quiet. I've been able to sleep through the night without being woke up by a noisy heat pump. I would highly recommend using Smithco if you need a new HVAC system.

Matt came out and answered all of our questions professionally and patiently. Since we only purchase a heating and A/C system every 21 years, we had a lot of questions.
His recommendations for both the furnace and the A/C were spot on compared to the homework we had done about Trane.
He inspected the spaces where the furnace would go and noticed several spots of wear and tear. He brought these to our attention and said they would be fixed at no charge.
We discussed several warranty options available to us and again he answered all our questions.

Gary and Tracy showed up at the designated time and day and had the job done by evening. The job site was thoroughly cleanly. The next morning, they came back for a little tweaking and the job was completed.
