Matt and his team did a very nice job replacing our AC and furnace units. They were very well prepared and clean throughout the entire project. They provided excellent customer service and were super with our insurance company. Overall, they did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.

Our furnace went out just when it turned coldest this winter. I called another company who came out and said we needed a new furnace. I asked for a bid but they never responded. I had someone refer Smithco to me and Gary came out within a day. I asked for bids on several systems (both heat and air since they both were about 35-40 years old) and he emailed them to me a day or two later. Donna (who works in the office) called the same day to follow up and tell me what Matt recommended for our situation. Once I decided on what to get (which was what Matt recommended), Gary, Kari and 2 apprentices showed up within 3 days to install. It took them a long day to get it done since they wanted to finish it for us. They were all professional and knowledgeable and didn't even break for lunch. When it comes to customer service, they are second to none. Rare in this day and age. I am now a loyal Smithco customer. Thanks!

We recently lost our AC unit. It was July 4th and it was extremely hot. I knew the unit would have to be replaced (18 years old), but no one except Matt was available on our desperate timeline and during the holiday weekend. He was responsive, understood our situation and the first day after the holiday weekend, he and his team installed a new unit. He absolutely under-promised and over-delivered. Start to finish a true professional; I can't recommend SmithCo Heating and Cooling enough.

I cannot recommend Smithco enough. Matt and Austin were knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy people to work with. Matt was super patient with us. We were hesitant to go through the project because we were not sure if our home warranty would cover some of the cost and Matt went above and beyond to help us out. If you need a new HVAC, go with them!

We had a rental duplex that had antiquated HVAC systems. We saw their ad on Facebook about a special offer they had. We inquired and they came back with a good bid on a Trane system. Gary was the installer and had both of them done in 1 day. Everyone there worked with us on it and the tenants and did a super job.

I would highly recommend SmithCo to anyone looking for a new HVAC system. The owner Mike was very responsive to my calls/texts and had a guy out to my house the same day. We decided to get a new HVAC installed. Gary and Tracey were amazing during the install. They left our house cleaner than they found it, were on time, quick, professional, friendly and SO considerate. When Gary installed the new thermostat he even asked about my daughter sleeping and was careful to be quiet during her nap. After the install they took time to review all the new products and make sure I understood everything. He even taught me how to trouble shoot some things if we do have an issue in the future to possibly save us a service call. We decided to utilize the 0% APR financing available and that process was quick and seamless as well through the SmithCo website. I can’t imagine a better experience. Thanks guys!

Matt and Austin here couldn't have done a better job with this entire purchase and install. True professionals during the entire process from initial discussions, installation and follow up questions. If I could rate them higher than 5 I would double it to 10 without hesitation. I highly recommend reaching out to Matt to explore all the options and exceptional deals and financing.
