I contacted this company to replace a water heater. They were supposed to call me within 24 hours to set up an appointment which did not happen when they finally did call they give me a quote. It was not itemized. I called three times before anybody ever called me back they will send you a text message. Tell you when they’re coming. When you try to text them back you will not get an answer. I asked three times when they could install this water heater and never got a response back if I could give zero stars, I would

best heating and cooling company in nixa. i called most of the heating companies near me and they either didn’t fulfill there “appointment” (aka never showed up) or were asking too much for a inspection on my ac and heating units. Justin came out with a fair proposal and we went ahead and got my heating issues fixed. we also had our plumbing 🪠 system looked at since he was here i didn’t know they did plumbing either. thank god, it was an emergency because we just had a party and our plumbing system was backed up. but thanks again redeemed, highly recommend if you’re needing a professional heating company
