He was very knowledgeable and transparent about all materials that will be used and the process of how the job is done. Harold was in my neighborhood and offered to do an initial inspection of my roof for evidence of hail damage. He competently took photos of my roof and said the damage they showed would likely meet the criteria used by insurance companies to determine that damage was due to hail. To further my chances of having the damage covered by insurance, he then offered (if I agreed to have A & M Roofing do any repairs called for) to be present when my insurance adjuster came and to advocate with the adjuster on my behalf. He sent me a subset of the photos he took, which allowed me to see what he saw. No money exchanged hands since this was an initial inspection.

Professional from day one through the end of the job! Answered tons of questions, gave me extra time to think through various decisions as well. I have dogs so was VERY thoughtful abt their comfort level during the repair, making suggestions keeping them in mind. Also picked up well after their install so as to avoid injuries.
