Water all over my basement yet B.H.S. hydroflushed clogged drain in front of garage, extractor water, removed exposed drywall, treated/dehumidified basement, now I’m dry & sanitized. Appreciate y’all’s professionalism & rapid response!

My A/C unit went out & they were able to get me scheduled & installed in two days. Family is back cooling like a fan. They will always have my home improvement business.

I recently decided to have my windows measured to purchase blinds for installation. My entire home was measured, blinds were ordered and delivered to the store. I am currently still waiting on them to be installed. I have contacted corporate to submit a complaint. I was told that my project could be completed by a certain deadline, well that was not met. I understand that certain circumstances prevent deadlines from being met. However, my issue is with the lack of communication and follow up. I still have not received a call to set up an install date and my blinds arrived 4 days ago. The reason I am giving a 1 star rating is because both of the sale reps that helped me in the store were awesome and provided excellent service. Overall, I am disappointed and I still don't have my blinds hung, nor a scheduled date. It is going on 4 weeks.

When I placed an order for my new pedestal sink for my bathroom, the salesman assured me that it was in stock and there was no problem. I double checked with him that it was the taller pedestal, he said YES, when it came to be installed it was 3 INCHES shorter than what I have. I had to go back to the store, if coarse they TRIED to blame me. I finally am getting my sink, BUT not for 2 MORE weeks. There is NO pride any more in work ethics or customer service

Wanted to thank the staff in a rental department of Home Depot for the excellent customer service. Entered Home Depot through rental area. I believe the gentleman that works on the equipment had waited on me. Rental area very organized look like a showroom floor. Rented a auto feed drain cleaner. Thought I had a problem with snake called spoke with manager rental area was closed. Manager did his best without knowing anything about the item. Manager told me he would take care of the problem when I brought drain snake back in. I did eventually get snake to work again I believe I got the belt wet on auto feed drain cleaner. Return snake very professional. Manager discounted rental out. The gentleman who waited on me in rental area very knowledgeable very professional
