A & M Roofing and Exteriors replaced my roof and gutters due to recent hail damage, and the experience was fantastic. Harold Brantley was incredibly professional, and he explained each step of the project. I was especially grateful for their help with the insurance claim. They really took the stress out of the entire situation. The installation itself was quick and efficient. They clearly knew what they were doing, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. The new roof looks great, and the gutters are perfect. I was so impressed with their professionalism, the quality of their work, and their customer service. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or gutter replacement.

A&M are all great people and stay behind their product and their word. They helped us through a very long ordeal with an insurance company that tried everything to avoid paying out on our claim. I don’t regret to trust A&M roofing. Andres did an excellent job since day one. This guy completed his job in a professional way from start to finish. I’m a single mom, and I always in the risk of be fooled by companies but Andres gave me that trust and explained everything clearly and returned my calls promptly. The roofing team was incredibly professional, ensuring they protected our landscaping and garden. They completed the job on time, and the cleanup was exceptional. The finished roof looks beautiful, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work. Mi neighbors are calling him too.

Harold B. came out to do a professional inspection on my mother’s house. He is extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He is focused on creating a relationship and this really shows. He took the time to sit down with me and my mom to go over the findings, listened and answered any questions that we had. I also had the opportunity to see his crew work on a house across the street. They are professional, thorough, and fast as well!! My neighbor’s roof looks beautiful!!! I strongly recommend working with him and their entire team!!!

From day one Andres, Madolyn in the office and the entire crew were exceptional. Andres took the time to explain my insurance to me in detail and they dealt with my insurance company directly which was a great relief.

My roof looks great and because of their follow up with my Insurance company, my homeowners policy rate went down significantly.

We recently had our roof replaced by A & M Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the team was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Our representative Harold explained the process clearly and was there to answer all of our questions. He checked in regularly before and after the roofing repair. They stayed on schedule, and delivered excellent workmanship. The crew worked efficiently and left our property spotless. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest roofing services. Harold even brought my fur babies some goodies to nibble on. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.

This company provided a quote. My problem is it wasn’t the quote I asked for. He provided my son a quote for task that I didn’t want to be completed and when my son stated that wasn’t what we wanted they never called back or provided the quote we asked for. They are not a company that would refer to anyone. I texted the tech and he never responded. They are in responding. Find a reliable company they are not it.

Haven’t actually worked with them directly. I was scheduled an appt with them through my home warranty. I had to leave multiple voicemails with them and even got a “text me please” from them while trying to find a new appt time. Very unprofessional. They don’t work past 3pm so if you have a job good luck finding a time with them.

Carnell and his team installed a 75 gallon gas heater that needed replacement . From start to finish it was done professionally and was a very satisfying experience.I would recommend them without reservations.The county inspection that followed found their work upto the mark.

I woke up & my basement was flooded my neighbor told me to call Brotherhood & they came within an 1hr. Mind you it was 12am in the morning. Thanks you guys so much.

Plumbing work was contracted out to this company via our Home Warranty plan. The actual plumber, Cody is awesome. He's been patient, attentive & has done great work. One star rating is due to the unprofessionalism of the supervisor, Cornell. He's been non responsive, hard to get a hold of... We are having to call or text multiple times to get a simple answer of when the plumber will actually arrive. After calling twice & texting in one day, we received a text stating, "I'll call you shortly", yet we did not receive any communication back. Another call was made the next day and we were finally able to speak to Cornell. Additionally when calling, we are unable to leave a voicemail as the mailbox is full. Again, the actual plumber who completed the work was wonderful and this review is not a reflection on him. It's unfortunate that the supervisor has made this experience so terrible.

They have been so helpful! Our warranty company has been a pain to deal with but we were finally able to get someone schedule to come out to the house to replace the water heater for us.
The initial guy came out (Anthony) and looked at our 38 yo water heater and told us what to expect from the warranty company. Great guy!
That first visit was on Friday and they are already back out here on Monday to help us out again! We are getting our new water heater installed today them too.
Both guys so far have been customer service friendly and hard workers. We are glad our warranty company chose them!

Our kitchen sink backed up and it was an emergency. Brotherhood services came quickly. They solved the problem quickly and professionally. I would use them again and recommend them.

Incorrectly installed our shower which caused a leak. We called Rotor rooter and the person looked at the issue. They simply unscrewed the drain to take a look. This voided the warranty from brothers. They then ghosted us about repairs. Spend $15K to remodel and now we have to spend another $15K to redo everything. Would not recommend this company.
